Hi!

I use uBlock Origin on Firefox Mobile and Desktop, and my custom filters are not being synced across the two instances. Is this something Firefox could get support for in the future?

Can this be done? I am old and confused. I'm not sure this is possible. When I use me samsung tablet with firefox all the shortcuts are there. They no longer show up on my mac desktop. Is it possible to get online help to manage this?

hello.i recently formatted my phone.and now i re installed firefox and logged in toy account.but there is no data in my browser such as passwords and bookmarks and any thing.please help me.what happened to my data?.thnx

Sync is offline on my iPhone. I re-installed Firefox. I tried the trouble-shooting article provided; however, that is not working. Now I don't have my passwords nor any of my bookmarks. How can I fix this?

Hi, After doing a transfer from my old phone to a new phone, Firefox is not showing my Collection List on the home page. It's showing as normal on the old phone. No way can I find a setting to display the list!! Many thanks for any assistance. Cheers Don

I had some synced bookmarks that I was getting rid of using the bookmarks section. The only bookmarks that showed up there (automatically without any input from me) were the ones I imported from another browser on my desktop. Once I deleted the last one of those, the bookmarks section on my homepage disappeared. When I go to customize homepage in the settings, it is set to active. However, it is not visible. I can't find anything that will force it to point back to my mobile bookmarks.

I have tried toggling the setting off and back on, clearing cache, and force closing app. No results. I am hesitant to try reinstalling or clearing data because the app has no way to export any tabs, history, or bookmarks into another file. I'm afraid if I do this, then log back in, my synced info will be lost.

Does anyone know what causes Sync to fail in Firefox? I’m signed in on two devices with 6 to 9 tabs max open. My tabs don’t sync or send from one device to another properly. My history also doesn’t work. I just visited a site 2 minutes ago and all I see in my history is sites I visited 12 hours ago. I’m at my wits’ end and ready to find another browser. Please help if possible.

What is syncing? And is it syncing with google don't know how to sync devices but no google data . I don't want google anything if I use Mozilla. Is that a possibility? Also does Mozilla manufacture devices or have dedicated devices like google Microsoft Apple?

When I try to sync my iOS, device, I am able to scan the QR code on my desktop machine, then I am asked for my two FA code from the authenticator app, and after I submit that, I repeatedly receive the error screen noted on the uploaded image below. When trying the alternative method of signing in with my email password, my mobile Firefox app simply hangs and does not proceed after I enter my current password.

I have changed my Mozilla password. I have signed out and signed back into Mozilla account. I have restarted my iPhone. I have restarted my desktop. I am successfully synced between my desktop and laptop.

Any suggestions?

Instructions on desktop firefox (in popup) say 1. Open firefox on mobile device. 2. Go to menu on android and tap "sync and save data 3. Tap ready to scan.

This falls apart at step 2 as there os no "sync and save data" to tap on.
