I have accounts for my husband, sister and daughter as well as myself. Lately when I try to access my emails I keep getting messages to enter the passwords for these accounts. I have never had to do this before. I don't have passwords for them and don't even really know how to do this. Also my emails are very slow. I was waiting for a link to a podcast and the email with the code took a little over five hours after the podcast before I received it. This has never happened before. Help. Gail
