Bugs on iPhone XR using iOS 15

I use this for more than 5 years on iOS, but the last 2-3 versions became horrible. On iPhone XR with iOS 15, the app stops working if I swipe down the control center and go back to the app. When I start the app, the most visited sites and their icons are flashing for 1-2 secs, and some sites are really slow (it is hard to scroll, it almost freezes).
