I used to be able to view all of my Firefox history but I noticed today that when I searched for old tabs, they wouldn't show up. When I went to view manage history to look, I found that there are only history tabs for Today, Yesterday, and Last 7 days. There is no more all history and I can't find anything older than 7 days ago. I looked at my privacy preferences and it's still set for Firefox to remember all history. Entering troubleshoot mode did nothing to fix the issue, either. How can I make it so Firefox remembers history older than 7 days? Why did it stop?

This new update, every tab is closed! Annoyed is an understatement. This has never happened before. Really really annoyed to the point of changing browsers after using this for years now.

I tried to login to the account and it asks me for 2 step authentication. I tried it in my google authenticator since you mentioned here the list of devices (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/secure-firefox-account-two-step-authentication). Unfortunately its not working. I just scan the QR and entered the numbers generated and it shows error only. Kindly view the screenshot. Its irritating us alot and I was trying to fix this issue from yesterday there is no solution for this posted on your website. Even I tried the PC version Authy 2 step authentication app and its not working too. Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible.

I wish to export, and not copy, a digital certificate so that I can import it to Keychain on my Mac. The only option in Firefox Browser on Mac is to copy, which means it only opens as a TextEdit and cannot be imported.

Any recommendations?

I have an older piece of equipment that I need to communicate with it and the 232 interface will only work through Firefox. I was told I can downgrade the current version to 3.0, which is what I need, but I cannot find out how. HELP

When I update my website, I can't get it to refresh/reload on Firefox. It reloads on other browsers. Other websites reload on Firefox when I click on the reload/refresh symbol, just this one website won't refresh.

I have not been able to sign in to my firefox account. I recently re-installed windows and tried to log in in firefox but its giving the error "The request was blocked for security reasons". How do i fix it? Help me i have important bookmarks and websites that i don't want to lose.

Sometimes there are interesting articles an e-mail contact would like to read but my settings will not allow it to be forwarded. I also lose connection constantly.

When downloading my bank credit card statements on my desktop (but not on my laptop), all the numbers appear in strange characters like hieroglyphics.This also happened about 4-5 weeks ago then corrected. I talked to my bank and after looking at the problem, said it must be a problem with the browser, as it doesn't happen on my laptop or on their review of the statements.

I don't have the option to see or edit my saved credit cards in firefox's settings, autofill still works but I can't make any changes to my cards. I went into about:config and made sure both of the below setting are set to true and they were and it's still not working, there are no settings to change the autofill

Every time I try to open a pdf file in firefox, I have a problem as the attached image show. I think it's a font error and the only customization I have is the better fox plugins and the addons bellow.

WHY IS FIREFOX EXE RUNNING ON MY GPU  ? -- Task manager (Win10x64 22H2) 'processes' shows 7 firefoxes running (task manager 'details' shows 15! with only 3 tabs open); nVidia GPU Activity shows 2 running on my GPU, I don't know whether these are included in these counts or are extra to them. To forestall (hopefully) buck-passing evasions: I'm running an comparativerly old but still working fine 4th gen 4-core (8 threads) i7 cpu with 16 GB RAM, so there should be no reason to HAVE TO tap into the 16GB VRAM. ///WHY/// is firefox running on my GPU at all ?!!???? why so many firefoxes?, why the discrepancy between 'processes' and 'details' ?

I have always had my Windows 10 computer to open to the BING homepage in Firefox. Now, I get a gray screen with nothing on it, except a search bar. I can load it in "private windows" and also on Microsoft Edge. Why has Firefox suddenly denied BING as my home page and has refused to let me get into it? It IS listed as my home page under TOOLS. I do NOT want to keep cleaning out the cookies all of the time, as I then have to re-log into everything else.

as of 2023/09/29 hulu, netflix, prime and disney+ are not playing videos on firefox, after making zero changes to settings or configuration.

I tested Netflix on Google Chrome and videos played, confirming this is a Firefox issue. I cleared recent/all history and changed passwords for those sites. Netflix logs me out if I attempt to play content. Speedtest reports 200 mb/s. Mozilla VPN is installed but turned off. Netflix sign in reports a new device/login in my state which is different from the VPN setting so this confirms that the VPN is not active and blocking content. HBO/Max videos play correctly and that site does not have the same issues. Firefox has crashed numerous times in the last two weeks. Sometimes just a single tab, sometimes a full application insta-quit.

I prefer to compartmentalize usage across different browsers for privacy/security reasons and would like to continue to use Firefox for these streaming services.

Statement won't load a 2nd time on credit card site. Stays blank then turns entire computer screen black. Can't open member page at Blue Cross Blue Shield. These work on Edge. Just not on Firefox. Have done all troubleshooting options. Nothing is working. I need your support.

Pocket login email different than Firefox login email. Whenever I try to consolidate my Pocket account to my Firefox account, it sends me in circles. Can i migrate that Pocket account to a new one that matches my Firefox email address?
