The “find the next” & “find the previous” icons are invisible when I tried to search some words in a PDF with the build-in PDF viewer.

The icons are actually still there, and worked well when I clicked them, but just being invisible as the image shown.

Does anyone know what happened, and how to fix it?

Thanks a lot.

Whenever I open Firefox on my Windows 11 laptop, a notification panel appears bottom right highlighting a news article from cordbusters.co.uk. I don't remember subscribing to this service and I can't turn it off. I can ignore it, and it times out after a few seconds. I checked addons and extensions but searching for 'cordbuster' in Settings gives no results. Running an internet search for cordbuster gives results for other sites quoting cordbuster but nothing suggesting a service provision. I am a long-term user of Firefox on phone and laptop.

For the last month or so I have had problems with Firefox using too much CPU, too much memory. This is not long after I have restarted. It soon gets so bad that there is a 3-6 second delay in anything I do. At this point I am going to have to stop using FF as it is too disruptive. Cannot place any other system changes.

Hello,

When I close Firefox after the last update (current installed version: 112.0 x64 Windows 10), Firefox creates almost 200 processes (in the latest case 177), each using from 17 MB to 65 MB RAM (except one that is using over 200 MB - I guess the main one) using 100% CPU for about half a minute, and in that my PC is unusable - everything hangs. It takes a bit more time to close all of them.

Any ideas what could be wrong and how to fix it?

Thank you.

To whom it may concern, When I use Firefox I have issues all the time with popups like chat windows or under yahoo finance I persistently cannot open the conversation link on a stock; And the inability to open website content completely when selecting something within the website. I am about to stop using Firefox because when I use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome I never have these problems. I have even seen that many insurance Co's websites specifically say to use those other browsers and not Firefox. I have tried to adjust security settings without any success.

Thank you for your time in this matter.

I have no audio on firefox. I have audio in other programs but not firefox. I have tried different websites, and yes I did double check to make sure the website was not muted, and still nothing. I have cleared the cookies, and history. I have restarted firefox. The recommenced performance settings, which in my search for answers says should be turned off if you don't have audio in firefox, is already turned off. I had this problem before and forget how I solved it but it seems firefox just seems to randomly shut off the sound.

I am using the latest version of Firefox (112.02 32-bit) with Windows 10 but am being blocked from certain websites by the Cloudflare security app because it says that my browser is out-of-date. This was particularly embarassing when I was trying to buy tickets for a concert recently and was unable to access the venue's online payment system.

It may be that Cloudflare is confused because I occasionly use an older version of Firefox (52.9.0 32-bit) with an earlier version of Windows. How can this issue be resolved so that Cloudflare does not block legimate access to websites when I am using the most up-to-date version of Firefox?

Graphical explanation here. Basically, the icons on the side of the URL bar are misaligned. Prior to the latest update to version 112.02 (installed via Pacman), the icons were not visible, yet the buttons worked as intended.

I'm suspecting that there's an issue with the GTK icon theme (see attachment for system settings), but I'm not sure how I can resolve it.
