I get a weird green mark on the top left, which looks like some type of greenscreen cursor input thing. I have seen it on Gmail. Not sure where else. Last time was a while ago.

This is on Windows 11. Just worried if this is some type of backdoor thing.

I cannot figure out why this important site which I have used for years is suddenly being blocked. the message I'm getting says-"Firefox has detect that the server is redirection the requested address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing cookies." I don't believe I have made any changes to cookies or anything else in the past few days so I don't know what to fix.

Hi, Just received your "Webpages, simplified" notice and it triggered two improvements you can easily make so Firefox is more accessible to users with disabilities.

• Make buttons more descriptive "Learn More About Reader View" makes all the difference to someone using a screen reader. Imagine skimming a page where all the links just say "Learn More." This is pervasive across Firefox and easy to fix! (See screenshot of your page, attached.)

• Add link to accessibility features or Mozilla's accessibility statement at the bottom of every page. I should not have to do a search to find out about accessibility. See example screenshot from Univ. of California, attached.

I am using Firefox for Windows (and Android and IOS) on multiple machines. Copy to clipboard works fine on all platforms except on Microsoft Surface 5 laptop running Firefox 128 (and now 129). I have tried re-installing, re-installing from MS store, refreshing, starting in troubleshooting mode, refreshing, deleting all user profile data and create a new profile etc. with no joy.

I can select text from the address bar, or the search bar, or from within a website; the option is there to copy (I tested CTRL-C, as well as right click and choose copy), but nothing is actually getting copied to the clipboard.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I tried to search to embed firefox browser in java swing application in version 1.8 of openjdk but could not find any working link. Could I get some help on this please. My use case is that I have a button called 'open link'. On click on this button, I want to open a URL in new popup or window of application and this window will be stcky, i.e., untill this window with the browser is closed, user will not be able to interact with the previous application window (main application window).

I often run into issues with PDFs in Firefox Linux. They either appear totally blank (typically after suspend/restore), or they appear with the desktop background showing through (as in the attached screenshot).

Hard refreshing the page doesn't change anything, opening a new tab and opening the PDF again doesn't change anything, opening a new window and loading the PDF doesn't change anything.

It renders correctly in Chromium.

i change to firefox from chrome as chromes caused everything to hang. now my facebook games are saying that firefoxdoes not support the games. ie the browser you are using does not support this platform. i have search resolutions and tried them all and dont know what to do. do i have to go back to chrome?

It seems more and more websites refuse or deny FF as an acceptable browser. My bank, my electricity provider are just two examples.

Is this being addressed?

When I scroll down the page on MSN and try to open a link in a new tab the page jumps back to the top. It then opens a link of another article that I never right/left click on. I have my mouse set up to left click to open a new tab. Does not occur on any other sites.

It has been doing this for months now.

Have been using Trello through Firefox my default set up for years. Currently can't access Trello through Firefox. Can access Trello through Google Crome. How do I fix? never had this problem before?

Hi Starting this weekend I have been unable to purchase items online using Firefox browser on my Windows Desktop. On the weekend I tried to purchase an item from PolarPro, but when I clicked on the checkout button it was unresponsive. I thought it likely that there was a glitch in their website and made the purchase using my iPad. Then today I tried to buy an item from Bandcamp and again had the ssame problem. When I clicked to confirm the purchase my screen was unresponsive. I tried to send an email to you guys and clicking on the send button, same again - nothing happened. This is a new thing and quite frustrating. Let's see if this email gets through. Cheers Richard Wedekind
