Private Mode in Firefox Reality

Turn on Private Mode on Firefox to browse without saving your history, passwords, bookmarks or cookies. This is recommended if you’re sharing a headset.

To turn on Private Mode:

  1. Open Firefox Reality.
  2. In the mini-tray at the bottom of the screen, select the Private Mode mask.

  3. When the mask turns purple and the Private Browsing details page opens, you are ready to browse.

  4. To return to normal browsing, select the X at the top of the screen or click on the mask icon again.
