If you're experiencing crashing on Firefox for Android, sending a detailed crash report will help our engineers determine the problem and provide fixes.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Tap the menu button. Settings icon - address bar - Fenix

  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap About Firefox.
  4. Tap Crashes.
  5. Select the most recent Socorro link and a new tab will open with the crash report.
  6. Copy and paste that address into a new Bugzilla report, being sure to select the General component.
If you have many crash reports it can be helpful to include several of the recent crash URLs.
