No good waiting, nothing responds except the exit button.
Clearly, there's a flaw in a recent update.
I'm on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS and my Firefox is from Flatpak.
While writing this I got a Flatpak update for Firefox and Firefox.Locale - whatever that is.
So I'll park my question till I close and reopen Firefox - hopefully with a release from the big freeze-up.

Expected: Tabs should the latest version of the website (ie the page has been refreshed)
Actual: Tabs are showing the old, previous (cached) versions of the website and not refreshing to show the latest
User has to manuall refresh each tab to see the latest version of the page

I did try to refresh firefox after you click the helper software to uninstall it, but it still doesn't work all the times, and I also tried this (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1337970), yet it still doesn't. I might try to uninstall and install it again but is there anything else I can do if it still doesn't work?
Opening old Firefox files is blocked by Adobe, although on the same computer opening Adobe Acrobat files is normal.
