I lost power today and when I had it restored, had a message that the Firefox versions were incompatible (I think it got interrupted during an update. Anyway, no internet access through Firefox, so I deleted Firefox thinking I could reinstall and all might be good. So far, not so good...

I was able to Google my way to install the extended release version of Firefox for dinosaurs but I lost all of my bookmarks. Is there a way to get this back? I would hate to start over finding the places I visit and also recalling old spreadsheets, documents, etc....

Any help would be appreciated.

One of the Firefox profiles does not save logins and passwords, but other profiles of the browser at that same computer have not that problem. How can I solve this problem ?

Firefox will not allow me to login to my mail a/c which I have had for more than 20 years. Because of this I cannot access a code to access my MS Outlook a/c This message shows:

'Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to webmail.mercuryin.es. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.' AND tells me that there is nothing I can do about this.

I enjoy sending and receiving messages using TextFree on all of my devices.

But after the previous two updates of FireFox on my Windows 7 64 bit PC (the last one was today). I get a generic page instead of my messaging page when I go to this link:

https://messages.textfree.us/login

The page still works fine under Chrome, so it's clearly something that the update of FireFox broke.

Any possible fix?

After the recent update I am no longer permitted to stream movies. How can I reverse this update, change it or will there be a patch to address this malfunction? I am not the only one that this has happened to. Every update changes my settings, I have learned to go back into settings and change back.

I cannot connect to any Starbuck's or McDonald's ISP, Public Connection. My computer will say I will have "internet access", but when you go to get enter any URL it will time out saying "no internet access". and yes, it always works fine with my home wifi. I'm using Firefox with windows 7. Thank You

i cannot get firefox to open, tried to uninstall and reinstall and it locks up when i uninstall, it also locks up when i try to reinstall. i would like to get it removed from computer and fresh installation

Hello, how can I stop unwanted action by Firefox, on my Firefox homepage, from removing my 4 rows of shortcuts saved on Sep-23-2023, and replacing them today (Aug-05-2024) with Firefox’s recommended shortcuts that I do not want?

My Firefox is very slow compared to other browsers I use. Chrome for example. It takes much longer to load a web page, especially my home page compared to Chrome. What could be causing the long wait time to load web pages? Can someone help? Thank you.

I would appreciate your support if anyone can give me any idea about how to solve this issue as I lost my parameters when restarting Firefox.

Every time that I restart Firefox (115.13.0esr 64-bit), I lose most of my personalized parameters: download recording directory, toolbar customization, etc.

As an example, every time that I restart it, a new download recording directory is again customized related to a folder that I deleted 10 years ago.

I understand that I am doing something wrong or something must be wrongly in my system. Have you ever managed this situation? Could you please be so kind to provide me any guide about how to solve this issue?
