Helping a friend who is using Firefox without having a Mozilla profile/account who is upgrading to a new PC. - Is there a way to export her passwords to a file and restore to the new PC? Going from Win 7 to Win 11. - Otherwise, can she just create a Mozilla account on her old PC and turn Sync on to transfer to the new PC? I am assuming all her settings will be retained. Thank you very much for your time:-)

Can't play disney+. prime video, crunchyroll or movies on youtube. I CAN play netflix. Play DRM settings is turned on and widevine shows up on plugins. I tried turning off enhanced tracking protection/ ublock/ private badger. Tried deleting user agent/ deleting firefox folder from appdata roaming and local. I am on version 129.0.1 .

as the title states we recently had to upgrade the FF versions our clients are using because of a code update that required latest version of FF. the problem now is that PDF printing is having problems when action is set to "open in firefox" it's not able to print completely the PDF. But if we change the action to "use windows default application" it works fine.

So my question is why is this happening? I did some research and found related issues https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/996487 and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1249538

What is the technical explanation for this? We're happy to just set the FF preferences to "use windows default application" but we'll need to tell them why that is.

Firefox now asks for primary password every time it starts even if it is not needed to access a site with a saved password. Removing and resetting primary password does not fix the problem.

I belong to My Points. Each day they have different things that you can click on to open. Recently I haven't been able to open any of them. I'm wondering if Firefox is blocking something.

I used to have a green button below the video I am watching, I would click on that button then then scroll down to mp4360 then the video would download to my computer

So i'm using the latest Nightly and have for like 4 days this issue, it never happened before and just after one update it started to happen. I already have set gfx.color_management.native_srgb to true. When I open firefox in troubleshoot mode it is working fine, but when it's normal and I disable all addons and extensions and themes - issue remains

Up until very recently, the YouTube Premium app worked fine w Firefox on my laptop. Now, whenever I click on a site I just get that annoying spinning circle. Is there an update I have missed? Can anyone help me with this issue?

I've just realized that this laptop is labled as a Windows 10. But it is not a Windows 10, it's a Windows 11. What do I, or should I do? Or does this really make any difference or matter?

since the last firefox update I cannot upload pictures to my blogs on blogger.com using my windows 11 computer. My Windows 7 computer with engineering software that won't run on Windows 11 still works fine with firefox and blogspot but I haven't allowed that computer to be updated by firefox. I did try blocking the shield to allow blogger to be exempted but that didn't help.

When I use firefox for the first few minutes everything works great, but after about 5 minutes the browser stops refreshing old pages and will not load new pages. If I close the browser and reopen it the same thing will happen... works for a bit and then stops. I have cleared browser history and cookies and this did not help. Any advice?

Regular UK Based Firefox user since long time. I changed my broadband provider from BT to Sky. Since then unable to connect to Internet using firefox. I was facing the issue with Firefox 128.0.3 and today I downloaded firefox 129.0 and the issue continues. When I put any URL I get a "Server not found" message. It is even there for firefox.com site

Just would like to check if there are a feature of "Using Windows Hello when filling password" to provide second factor of authentication, honestly its amazing feature exist in chrome, and seeking for it in my favorite browser Mozilla :)

How do I change the order links open in new tabs? So far I've only found two orders they open in: X, X, O, X Using the above as an example, O will serve as the active tab that multiple links are being opened from. The only two orders I have found tabs will open on desktop are as follows: X, X, O, X, 1, 2, 3, 4 X, X, O, 1, 2, 3, 4, X But the order I am looking to achieve is the same order that the mobile app opens links in which is as follows: X, X, O, 4, 3, 2, 1, X I have already tried all combinations of the advanced settings "browser.tabs.insertAfterCurrent" and "browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent" but still have not been able to achieve the desired order.

I'm encountering a problem with my website on Mozilla Firefox. Although the website speed is excellent, it doesn't load properly—layouts are broken, and images/stylesheets often fail to appear. The site works perfectly on Chrome, Safari, and Edge.

This is a persistent issue for many a version. I've tried these config settings too and it still consistently-inconsistent resets it sometimes. app.update.auto (->false) app.update.auto.migrated (->false) app.update.enabled (->false) app.update.service.enabled (->false) DisableAppUpdate (->true)

It does this on closing hanging browser or on system power off (without closing browser manually). Also if setting is set to don't update -> close browser within a minute -> when reopened it is on autoupdate again.
