Walmart.com now uses a Press & Hold link to log in. I cannot use it in Firefox 129.0.1. I have to use Chrome. Thge link is supposed to change, when you click on it, but it doesn't change in Firefox. I was using a VPN, but even when I turn it off, it still doesn't work.

I know crypto is about to take off and is here to stay. We have web extensions for our users on Chrome but none for firefox bc you all don't support WebUSB. Can you fix this? We all want to fire chrome into the Ocean but cannot.

I have Firefox 129.0 64 bit on 2 laptops, Laptop2023 and Laptop2024. I would like Laptop2024 to match Laptop2023. If possible, would like to copy the Profile, or at least the Bookmarks. The web articles direct me to Help options which do not exist. I do not want to reset anything on the sending laptop.

I have instructions on how to copy bookmarks from years ago, but Firefox has changed so much that they no longer work. How to I copy with the current Firefox version? If possible, email bjedrick@verizon.net.

I'm having a the XULRunner error. It says that Platform version "129.0.1" is not compatible with min ad max version. I read that to solve it you need to reinstall. But I don't want to loose saved passwords, bookmaks and other stuff... How can I do it?

Sometimes it happens that an input field on a page in an IFRAME cannot be clicked. The buttons work, but you can't enter anything in the text field.

Only when I press in the address bar and then in the text field, now I can enter text in the text field.

I go on the https://www.medicare.gov website to look at Medicare claims. I get an email from them when there are new summary notices and I click on the link to view them. That brings me to the login page and after I log in I get a page that lists summary notices starting with the most recent. For each notice, there are three links you can click: download, print, and open. I've always clicked "open", which has always brought up the summary I chose, I think in a new tab or window, but I'm really not sure, it's been a while.

So I went back to the original list, right clicked "open" and clicked to open in a new tab and got the same error. As I was writing this just now I noticed that the error message says you need to open it in a new window, so I just tried that instead of a new tab, but I still got the same error message.

Interestingly, I thought I'd check clicking "download" just to make sure I could get my new notices. That opened a new tab and the notice came up!! Now I'm sitting here trying to remember if I used to click "open" or "download" and feeling like this computer drives me crazier and crazier every day I use it!

I am submitting this anyway for two reasons. First of all, if I'm confused other people are probably also confused. Secondly, I want to know if there's anything wrong on my end that I should be fixing or if this is a problem on Medicare's end. Obviously I want to let them know if it's their problem so that it can be fixed.

I just got a notice about a Firefox update but I haven't installed it yet and I haven't tried this in any other browser (I really hate using Chrome, especially for something as private as Medicare, but if that will help you please let me know and I can try it there).

One other thing that may or may not be relevant. I've had my Social Security and Medicare accounts for many years. Recently I received a notice from Social Security that they're upgrading to a more secure login system (sorry I've forgotten exactly what they call it) and said that if you're using an older account you have to create a new login with their new site and it would work across your federal government accounts. I did that but Medicare used my old login information and it worked. I don't know if that would be causing this problem, I don't think they've terminated the old system altogether just yet but I'm not sure. This probably doesn't make a difference but I thought I should mention it just in case.

as the title states we recently had to upgrade the FF versions our clients are using because of a code update that required latest version of FF. the problem now is that PDF printing is having problems when action is set to "open in firefox" it's not able to print completely the PDF. But if we change the action to "use windows default application" it works fine.

What is the technical explanation for this? We're happy to just set the FF preferences to "use windows default application" but we'll need to tell them why that is.

It was working last night but is not working today. The page does not scroll down either. The website functions correctly in Chrome, so it is not a website issue. I updated to version 129.0 and Hulu stopped streaming and news video imbedded in news articles will no longer load. I have removed and reinstalled Firefox and cleared all cache. It is affecting my desktop and laptop. Both operating systems are windows 10 64 bit. I made sure the Firefox download was 64 bit. The problem is not the websites as they will load and attempt to load content but it behaves as if it is being blocked. It is not my antivirus because I have turned is off and there is no difference.

I used to have a green button below the video I am watching, I would click on that button then then scroll down to mp4360 then the video would download to my computer
