I use this 2 websites almost on a daily basis: www.saij.gob.ar and www.cij.gov.ar. They are official government websites that contain information about the laws and jurisprudence of my country. Since about last friday, whenever I access any page on those websites they don't display all the information they are supposed to. In the case of saij.gob.ar pages only show the header, but not the full text of the law. In the case of cij.gov.ar/sentencias.html when I try to download a court ruling I get a 0kb file. I thought it was an issue with the websites, but it turns out I can access them just fine from my phone using Chrome. I can even access them on the same pc, using Firefox private browser mode. It seems to be an issue with the "regular" version of the browser. This is a big deal to me, because I need to use those websites for work.

Notice how small the scrollbar is in the second image, because there's a lot more content on the exact same page. Before you ask: I already tried accessing the website on "troubleshooting mode", it keeps displaying it wrong.

I'm trying to use a security key for my Vanguard site. I've tried with Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Chrome. I can get to almost the end but get stopped-- I can't get no father to "connect and activate." I get a message saying--"Vanguard is requesting extended information about your security key which may affect your privacy. Firefox can anonymize this for you but the website might decline this key. If declined try again." I talked to Vanguard for help but they didn't know how to help. The key is uTrust FIDO2 NFC. USB-A NFC Certified Security Key. I believe the problem may be that this key will link all my accounts in Firefox ( and will also link if I use any other browser.)

I got the following from the internet: When it says authenticators it means Security Key.

Using an authenticator for one account is safe, but allowing a website to ask for extended information for multiple accounts using the same authenticator can permit that website to identify a link between those accounts. If you are concerned about having accounts linked together in this way, you should either deny extended information when prompted, or use different authenticators for the different accounts. This linkability is based on the authenticators, and not on your browser. If you use the same authenticator with different browsers, websites can still identify a link between multiple accounts. I use Mozilla Firefox for work. Part of my work requires I use the GlobalProtect VPN client. When I log on to the VPN, everything appears to be fine. The problem arises when I log out of the VPN client, such as needing to switch to a different VPN.

When I log out of the VPN client, Mozilla slows down massively. I get the following errors when trying to access websites.

PR_END_OF_FILE Timeout

I thought it was a DNS issue, but the change I made previously did not prove to be a reliable fix, and I do not actually know the root cause of what is happening. Firefox returns to normal ONLY after a full computer restart. At this point I am considering switching browsers as, despite Firefox's functionality, it is starting to interfere with my work.

I have used other VPNs, such as Fortigate VPN, and not encountered anything like this.

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

I appreciated how easy it was to restore my bookmarks, but I also discovered another problem in the process. When I went to sort my bookmarks by name, it sorted but added in a gazillion bookmarks that had been deleted many years ago. I have no idea how or why this is happening. Again, I need help. This was, of course, what happened when I asked for help previously. Somehow the sorting (by Name) has been corrupted.

Firefox is labeling *.CSV downloads as "Firefox HTML Document."

I don't see *.CSV files in the "Applications" list for file handling.

The mime-type on the download is set server-side to "text/csv".

I don't know how GoDaddy got onto my computer but I know that it came through Firefox. I'm 89-years-old and not great with computer technology. Does anyone know how to get GoDaddy off my computer? Will it disappear if I unsubscribe to Firefox? Please help. Thanks.

I just started getting this error:

Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.newsmax.com.

I cannot find how to make this stop. I will get emails from Newsmax about articles and if there is something I want to read I click on the link in the email. I never had a problem with Firefox not opening the link. This just started and I can not get the link to open. I have Newsmax set up as a home setting. However, after I got the Secure Connection Failed error, I could not open the Newsmax web page even if I typed in www.newsmax.com. I am about to uninstall Firefox and use another browser. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

Hello, I did everything mentioned in support articles, but the tabs on firefox are still crashing frequently, sometimes the first I open, sometimes it's the third... But it is making my work really difficult. Since some days Firefox stops working. My query appears in the field but when I click on Enter nothing happens. I have tried to repair, to delete the cookies, to desintall, nothing helps. I therefore keep Firefox only for some websites (my favorites as mail). I do all other researches on another navigator. Do you at least have an explanation ?

When I try to download any file it says "Failed". I changed the direction of the folder where the files are saved, checked every download setting in about:config, reinstalled Firefox, gave Firefox administrator privileges but nothing helped.

This error has been occurring since I switched from a NVIDIA gpu to an AMD gpu.

Parts of some web sites will not open.

If i log in to Scottish Power through my Ipad there is a button.

The autofill function works great for forms and applications but not so much when I'm entering online contests. When they ask me for my TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter username, it will not autofill those. I always have to do it myself in FireFox. But Microsoft Edge doesn't have that problem. Why doesn't it remember what I type in for those types of entries?

Yahoo people recommended to contact you to increase my disc space because I am unable to send messages using the accounts I have set up in my computer. Please tell me what I need to do to increase my disk space. Thanks.

Hi there, I don't know if it was from a recent update to Firefox or to Avast passwords but the Passwords extension will not install. I've been in contact with Avast and tried uninstalling Firefox, Avast Premium Security, Avast Passwords and tried re-installing them but nothing has fixed the issue. Previously the extension wasn't working in Chrome and I couldn't reinstall it, but I have managed to reinstall it and it is working in Chrome now. I'd prefer to use Firefox if I can get it working there again.
