How to copy inbox content so I can paste it into an inbox on a new machine. It looks like the AV has deleted the entire contents of the new machine inbox. Old machine is a mac running Thunderbird 78.14.0 on El Capitan. The new machine is Mac running Sonoma 14.6.1 with Thunderbird 115.14. Thanks, Richard

I recently updated Thunderbird. Currently now running 128.1.0esr (64-bit). The highlight colour (when I place the cursor on a message) is now a dark brown. I need to change this to another colour so that I can 'see' the text of the header. Have played with colours in Settings, General - these changes do not change the default highlight colour. The online directions say that after logging in to Firefox on the desktop, that I should open the android app, click Settings and the click Sync and Save. But there is no Sync icon (see attachment) on the phone(android 14). On the laptop if I click on dd another Device it just takes me back to the same instructions. How do I sync the phone and computer?

Probably from the day Thunderbird automatically upgraded to 128 version, I am having problem reading some of my mails. I click on them and I get a white window, no content at all. I tried to go back to version 115, but I haven't found the link to download version 115 from the official site https://www.thunderbird.net/ . Can you please help to go roll back to previous version? I'm not currently able to sign into my UK account using this link: https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/account/ When I type in my email address and click continue I just get a circular loading symbol going round and round forever. I'm able to sign in using the US sign in link for some reason. I'm not able to sign into Firefox overall though, so none of my bookmarks etc. are synced. I have tried on two different laptops a week apart with the same results.

Hi Guys, I wonder if you can help . I have had Monzilla Thunderbird App for some while , primarily used for email, and access to my email account with Microsoft and has always been a bit of a pain to say the least. That I fear is because it was never set up properly by myself in the first place.

However, at the moment I can't receive any email from my PC ......."bards@btconnect.com " unless I sign in via a webpage. However, access via my smartphone using supplied Outlook email app, no problem.

So I am hopeful that you guys can help me sort out my PC access once and for all.

The current problem has arisen after receiving a forced donation / subscription page from Mozilla having made my donation I still do not have access to my email and folders.

Brief history: i. Originally PC access to account via Monzilla working fine, (donations made at intervals to Monzilla). ii. Microsoft then changed security systems and servers and with current setup at the time I couldn't get access to email incoming or outgoing ( problem with Imap / PoP3 servers). iii. Fix provided by Monzilla with new account denoted as .... bards@btconnect.com (OWL) whatever OWL stands for I do not know, (annual subscription required). iv. Even with the use of this get around , I still had problems sending mail this I believe was a problem down to default passwords and old server settings. (confliction between default settings and original account settings and use of OWL ? ). v. As mentioned above the current problem has arisen after receiving a forced donation / subscription page from Mozilla having made my donation I still do not have access to my email. problem with server settings again. Don't know what's going on ? and I am thoroughly confused and would appreciate some help getting things back on track. Hi,

I have an Outlook email account with multiple aliases. If I send an email from the default outlook account, all is well. However, if I try and send an email from one of the aliases I get the following error.

"Sending of the message failed. Unable to authenticate to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.office365.com. Please check the password and verify the 'Authentication method' in 'Account Settings | Outgoing server (SMTP)'."

Setting on the alias accocunts are the same as the default.

Sending an email from the alias accounts in Win 10 mail works.

Please advise.

I recently came across the Thunderbird versions are being mentioned as "esr".

In 115.0 version, I see "esr" is added from the 115.10.2esr to 115.14.0esr, the latest version. I also do not see any change in the installers provided. I would like to understand what is the difference between the previous versions and the versions with "esr"?

In 128.0 version, I can see only 128.0.1esr and 128.1.0esr. Is there no normal updates? Now only esr is supproted?

I had version 115.0 installed but I was able to upgrade to 128.1.0esr without any issue. Is this supported?

Website Access Errors-

On my Android Samsung phone, using Firefox ver. 127.0.2

I am no longer able to access the website www.kvi.com. (A radio station in Seattle) Firefox returns the following error on the tab: 403 Forbidden. I am not using private browsing. I am able to access this site it on my Windows 10 PC no problem. I have deleted and cleared the Cache & all other options. I am not running a VPN, or other adblocking extensions, As recommended in the help sections. I can access Google.com and other sites no problem.

This sucks. Other than clearing the Cache's I have not made any changes. It worked last week. It has to be the Android version of Firefox as the PC version of Firefox is working fine.

I need to connect to my employers Citrix portal tot start a Citrix session for my daily job. The problem is that when try to login using my credentials nothing happens except for the loading icon of Firefox that keeps "spinning" (see image).

When I do the same in another browser, like Chromium for example, everything works fine.

I already tried the following steps:

- Installing an older version of the Citrix Workspace app - Reinstalling Firefox - Disabling the blocking extensions

I am using the following versions of components:

OS: Linux Mint Vanessa 21 Citrix Workspace app: 24.5.0.76 Firefox: 129.0

Other colleagues report the same issues when using Firefox whether in Windows of Linux.

Any help would be much appreciated?
