After updating with Mozilla 129.02 yesterday my platform freezes completely after about 30 secs. I cannot even get the Task manager to work. I have to switch it off at the mains and hope the switch back on is not too harmful. ( 'Update' is fast becoming one of the most scariest words in the English language)

I'm trying to remove Firefox from a laptop. When I start the uninstall process it reaches the progress bar that says Unisntalling Firefox... and hangs there. 30 minutes and no discernable change.

All the buttons on the dialog are disabled and the only way to get out of it is to restart the computer.

Hello. The latest update of FireFox 129.0.2 still has intermittent crashes. Sometimes I can't access my Google searches or links in emails don't work, then it works, then it starts to malfunction again. I have to restart my PC. Could you release a patch that works as well as before FireFox 129.0? On the other hand, Canal+ works perfectly Thanks. Kind regards.

Whenever I try to login my fresh browser, Firefox says "Account Disconnected" as soon as I sign in and sync begins. I have tried refreshing Firefox, clearing cache etc, deleting Mozilla folders from local and roaming, but issue is still the same. Email hidden for privacy reasons

downloading only allows .part files to appear, from Google Photos. In spite of the error message, the source file is intact and can be viewed from my Android device ( source )

I'm making a barcode app. When I'm trying to print it the preview just shows a black rectangle on my barcode. My barcode is an svg The code basically adds that svg to an empty print window.

Hello, When I tried to use ChatGPT on Firefox, It showed only white blank page. I can't type or do anything to ChatGPT. But in Chrome it works fine. I tried to reset Firefox but still be the same. Does anyone know how to fix this? It happened yesterday.

I recently deleted accounts and passwords that were stored in Firefox under my web browser account. Is there anyway I can get that data restored? I have access to the same email/account in firefox, but need ot restore the deleted website account/credential data.

When I'm watching a show, sometimes I get uncomfortable during certain parts and will click the "skip" button a couple times until the scene is over. However, sometimes If I do this too many times the audio will completely stop (but the video continues playing). I will need to refresh the page for it to fix.

I've been trying to watch live sports events on SECN+ through my Hulu subscription, but I'm encountering an error message stating, "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." I discovered that Firefox is blocking the stream, while it works perfectly on Chrome. With the college football season and other sports events approaching, I’m concerned that if this issue persists, I may have to stop using Firefox, which I've relied on for over two decades. I use Mozilla on two things, my laptop and my android cell phone. The syncing on my cell phone appears to work perfectly well. However, when I am on my laptop, I am unable to view my "Tabs from Other Devices" - It will show me tabs from days ago. I've tried manually syncing on both devices but nothing happens.

The only thing that seems to work is if I log out of my Mozilla on my cell phone and log back in but then it will stop syncing again.

If something else isn't syncing, I honestly don't notice because I don't use anything else much.

For the last couple of weeks, I can no longer connect to my bank (Flagstar). I assumed an update would come out to remedy it, but now I am getting somewhat worried. When I try to connect, my page goes into a long 'working' status before telling me there is a "Problem Loading Page"

Good evening, For a few days I have this problem (probably with newest version (129.0/1). Each time i try to search something in a new tab by typing in search bar and pressing enter - it just will not proceed. The new tab just stays titled "new tab", doesn't proceed further until I press it few times (6-8 times) - then it loads the search engine with results.

It NEVER happened before. I am certain that I did not change anything.

I am running Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy on my desktop. Problem does not appear in Windows 10.

I can click the search box and the list of search engines shows. I can change the default search engine in settings. Mouse over highlights the selections.

Clicking on one of the choices does nothing.

I think there have been 2 updates since the problem first appeared.

PS: There also appears to be an issue with js. Some functions on websites do not work although most of the scripts do work. In particular comments on comicskingdom.com do not work and the same with comments on seattletimes.com which apparently uses the same script. Both websites work on Windows 10.

When I hover over tabs, Firefox also displays a text below. So, for example, if I hover over the tab for Google Calendar, a text below shows 'Google Calender - August 2024'. Can I disable the text somehow?

Whether I use Firefox or Google, when i pull up search results NONE of the businesses show a rating anymore, a feature which used to be there. Example, I search for "home insurance". A list of Insurance companies with their overall average rating should show up. The ratings are gone. All of them. Why is this? Same happens regardless of what type of business I am searching for.
