After updating with Mozilla 129.02 yesterday my platform freezes completely after about 30 secs. I cannot even get the Task manager to work. I have to switch it off at the mains and hope the switch back on is not too harmful. ( 'Update' is fast becoming one of the most scariest words in the English language)

Recently i updated my Thunder bird account and have to say the worst thing i have ever done .. I use win 11 not by choice .. What has happened is i have lost everything i had saved and now do not get emails .. I had to reinstall my mail accounts but the pass words do not work and new pass words are the same.!! Deleted thunder bird and re installed it only to get the same Thunder bird set up . I have had no mail for a couple of weeks now which is a problem as i get messages from from my trade accounts !! Now can some one help with this problem ?? Regards Honiton ..

Delete Google and their employees!lol does Facebook have any thing to do with it, maybe? Oh my gosh, where did all those come from? Someone is messing with me bad.

I periodically can not send emails, the message displayed is: An error occurred while sending mail: outgoing SMTP Too many concurrent SMTP connections

I see lots of posts about emails disappearing but none exactly fit my situation.

I find messages disappearing especially when I move them to another folder. My config is TB115.10.1 Been using TB for countless years as an excellent app. After update 115 it has turned into a real mess for me. Always been POP accounts. Gmail is the server. All mail left on the server unless I delete it. I create a new POP account every year to keep track of emails by year. Have lots of folders to place the inbox messages.

For about a week now, when I mark as read and move a message to a folder. Say Paid" or "Cars", the message is no longer visible or selectable. I have read/unread/folder size turned on under my Inbox. So I know the missing messages are there in the folder but I cannot see them or select them. Some of the folders contents have completely disappeared. This a disaster for me. Has just started happening but was working fine before this TB update. Never happened before.

I will appreciate someones kind help.

I'm trying to remove Firefox from a laptop. When I start the uninstall process it reaches the progress bar that says Unisntalling Firefox... and hangs there. 30 minutes and no discernable change.

All the buttons on the dialog are disabled and the only way to get out of it is to restart the computer.

After escaping from the blank screen it says it could not access server. But my credentials are copied from my gmail login that works fine. And I have checked the configuration with other gmail accounts that are running in Thunderbird and they are the same. So why am I getting a blank screen? How do I get my google permissions authorization form to show up?

This procedure now fails to work for a gmail account that I have put into Thunderbird successfully in the past.

I went to a lot of trouble to get all my email accounts into Thunderbird. I really don't want it to fail me now.

When I am supposed to get a google sign-in from Thunderbird, all I get is a blank white window on my computer. I another computer it works. I have tried a lot of settings and cleared a lot of passwords and cookies. Nothing I have found after hours of trying has helped.

I hope there is something easy I have overlooked.

Hello. The latest update of FireFox 129.0.2 still has intermittent crashes. Sometimes I can't access my Google searches or links in emails don't work, then it works, then it starts to malfunction again. I have to restart my PC. Could you release a patch that works as well as before FireFox 129.0? On the other hand, Canal+ works perfectly Thanks. Kind regards.

Whenever I try to login my fresh browser, Firefox says "Account Disconnected" as soon as I sign in and sync begins. I have tried refreshing Firefox, clearing cache etc, deleting Mozilla folders from local and roaming, but issue is still the same. Email hidden for privacy reasons

downloading only allows .part files to appear, from Google Photos. In spite of the error message, the source file is intact and can be viewed from my Android device ( source )

Hi, I have a problem with my gmail account. It works on laptop, but same settings on pc doesn't let me send emails. The incoming emails on pc are ok, but when I try to send the email Mozilla says that "login on server smtp.gmail.com with my email address was not succeed". It doesn't help to try once more or to delete and reinstall the account. When I installed the gmail to Mozilla on laptop, I must accept it on Googles site, but my pc seems to remember old settings and they are wrong. An image attached. Hilkka

I'm making a barcode app. When I'm trying to print it the preview just shows a black rectangle on my barcode. My barcode is an svg The code basically adds that svg to an empty print window.

I use Thunderbird on my iMac Sonoma 14.6 with the M1-Chip I mistyped an adress while writing an E-Mail and sent the Mail. Returned realized the Mistake and corrected the adress. ›ow, every time I want to write a Mail to the recepient I am offered both adresses. I Allready deleted the wrong spelling from my Contacts-App, but still ... I tried "search adress", but there I do find only the correct one.

What can I do to delete the adress I don't want to confuse me any longer? Thank you for your help!

Hello, When I tried to use ChatGPT on Firefox, It showed only white blank page. I can't type or do anything to ChatGPT. But in Chrome it works fine. I tried to reset Firefox but still be the same. Does anyone know how to fix this? It happened yesterday.

I wanted to disable the prefetching/preloaad pages and I found some entries on about:config that I had to change. Some of those are here on the official support site and some not, I found them on another forum.

Here's the list: network.prefetch-next (false)

network.dns.disablePrefetch (false)

network.dns.disablePrefetch.FromHTTPS (false)

network.http.speculative-parallel-limit (0)

browser.urlbar.speculativeConnect.enabled (false)

So, my questions are: 1. All these expect one "browser.urlbar.speculativeConnect.enabled" are available on android (nightly). Is there and i can't find it or it's indeed not available ??

2. Is the "network.http.speculative-parallel-limit" works only for http or it works and for https as well ?? Is there some setting to geti it to work for https if it doesn't ??

3. Is true that the "network.dns.disablePrefetch" and/or "network.dns.disablePrefetch.FromHTTPS" doesn't work (if i disable it) if i have turned on the dns over https ??

4. Are there other settings that I need to configurate or I'm good with these ??

since upgrading to nebula TB is very slow to open messages and also very slow to delet messages -unless this can be fixed I'd like to go back to the previous version which I think is 115 - anyone know how to do this proerly without ruining things

Thunder bird on windows (115.10.1) freezes with a not responding message when a few delete messages are made. Earlier it used to scroll to some random location on the screen. now it freezes for a long while. Is this a bug to be fixed or something wrong at my end?

Hi, I am closing down an old email address because they are now charging me for it. I was advised to use Thunderbird so I signed up and am now receiving emails to thunderbird from my xtra.co.nz email address. However, it hasn't brought over my saved folders from my xtra.co.nz app. Someone suggested I need to change to imap, but do not know where to find this and not sure if I do it in Thunderbird or the xtra mail app or both. Looking for instructions on on how I can bring my existing folders from my xtra.co.nz mail into Thunderbird?
