I’ve been having trouble with hackers for a while now I seem to have gotten them out but getting rid of chrome but I still can’t log onto Facebook even after deleting the app and re-downloading it. It’s just like the hacker is cutting it off and won’t let me on that profile I think it’s because they’re using it for something. This morning, Firefox was working just fine and then this afternoon it decided it no longer wanted to connect to the Internet. I've not been able to connect to the Internet for the rest of the day. All my other browsers will connect. I've done every troubleshooting step, that's been listed on this site and it still won't work. Now what?

I have installed the app….however, it keeps saying “almost there” and links to the app store to an app Ive ALREADY installed…WTH?!

Hi, reacently private tabs started to be deleted whenever I close firefox, is this intentional? it used to be that when one closed ff and reopened it it would take them to home page in non private mode, but the private tabs would remain accesable. If thats a new feature I ask you kindly to make a toggle for ios to make it costumizable: close open private tabs when ff is closed: y/n

I am trying to access the //the //vital-mag.net blog, but I keep encountering an "Access Denied" error. I've ensured that my internet connection is stable and tried different browsers, but the issue persists. Could this be a problem with my Firefox settings or some kind of restriction on the website? How can I resolve this and gain access to the blog?

Firefox has been closing all of my private tabs whenever the app restarts. I got a new phone recently and it only happens now on this phone. I've been wondering if it's something in the settings but I can't seem to find anything.

PayPal popup is a blank page. There seems to be only a global setting for popups. Who EVER wants to turn on ALL popups? Nobody.

Where are per-site permissions?

How can I use Paypal on this browser?

I downloaded the Firefox app for IOS devices recently, and I was using it do browse on YouTube. It was working for a week, until one day, when I enter YouTube in the url, it leads me to a page that says:

"Sorry, you can't access YouTube for Mobile Web with your account"

I was confused because it was working fine for me a few weeks ago. YouTube also works for me on the Mac version of Firefox. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?

Since switching my default browser from Safari to Firefox on my iPhone, I’ve noticed that deep links aren’t working like they used to. For example, an Instagram link that I received through a WhatsApp message used to open the Instagram app, or a LinkedIn link I received through Gmail would open the LinkedIn app. But now they open Firefox instead, which asks me to log in to the web app. I don’t see a Firefox setting to get deep links working again. The “Block Opening External Apps” setting is turned off.

I have a iPhone and iPad and neither one has a print button. There is no mention of a printer in settings either. There is no way of printing anything, but when i had google in my devices, i could print anything. This is a major problem. If this is not fix soon, i will have to go back to google, as bad as it is. Also, in settings, I have the items per line set to 4 and i only get one long line and they are large icons, so i can not display every many of the, would be nice if we could select large, medium and small. This way i might be able to display all of my bookmarks. Oh, fyi, my two devices are synced. I am running Firefox 128.2(43742) and iOS 17.5.1. Hope you will fix my bugs because it is a good product otherwise.
