This may be more of a Firefox sync problem, I'm not sure, but either way it is irritating. Every time I open Firefox it has me signed out of all my google accounts no matter how many times I select stay signed in or keep me signed in. I don't have the setting for deleting cookies on and I don't believe anything on my computer is clearing cookies without me knowing, and I personally do not clear cookies often if ever. If anybody knows what could be causing this any advice/help would be extremely useful and greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hey I've reinstalled my PC i installed Firefox. Login to Firefox Sync. And now it's empty. no tabs, no passwords, everything is gone. I usually do this every time and it work. I am sync my Android phone with all my passwords and bookmarks

Newsmax.com page will not load. When trying to load I get the following: ""An error occurred when trying to load newsmax.com. The authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact website owners to inform them of this problem.""

New W11 computer. checked "always ask where to save files". Restarted Firefox. It's still automatically dumping downloads in Downloads rather than asking.

Hi. I cannot use stripe payments. I am using FF vLatest and have added it to the popup blocker exception list and every other exception list I can find. I have done this for http://stripe.com and for whatever website is trying to use stripe. No stripe payments ever work and I always get the same error attached. I have tried another browser and it works. How can I find out at least what is blocking the payments so I can disable it?

Firefox keeps going off for from 5 seconds to about 20 seconds. It happens several times a minute. The screen goes blank and I can’t click on anything. Really aggravating. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

A little while ago pages on Firefox stopped fully loading -- pics, graphs. A gaming page doesn't load at all. Another has its headings lined up on the far left of the page. Edge and Chrome are fine. I've rebooted and cleared cache. No change. Any suggestions?

I'm having problems using Firefox in general. No websites will load properly except for the Firefox support site. It's not an internet issue because everything works fine when I use Google Chrome (I'm typing this from Chrome). I tried deleting my history and clearing caches/cookies but that didn't fix anything. I've included some screenshots of what I'm dealing with below.

Switched on my laptop today and all open tabs in Firefox only showing web pages in text format, not images, graphics. Have restarted Firefox, rebooted laptop, cleared cache/data, checked latest version. Not touched any setting and Edge works fine with same sites. After using Firefox as by preferred browser for many years it looks like I need to find an alternative which makes me sad.

If you open this website: https://www.zonnebloem.nl/ with the option Enhanced Tracking Protection the cookiebot popup banner is not shown as the third party tracking cookie from domain https://consent.cookiebot.com is protected and NOT loaded.

Does this mean Mozilla Firefox sees the https://consent.cookiebot.com cookie as a third party tracking cookie that needs to be blocked as nobody gave consent to load the cookiebot consent popup?

Question 1: Is according to Mozilla Firefox https://consent.cookiebot.com a third party tracking cookie that needs to be blocked if you as a user want to have guarantees over your privacy online?

Question 2: Is it not strange to see Firefox blocking a widely used cookie consent system to protect users by giving consent to select which cookies will be set yes/no?

When I try to view some video from my security cameras I get the following error message. "No video with supported format and MIME type found". How do I go about fixing this issue? The video whats to open in firefox eveytime.

Sooo frustrated... wrote this back in 2019: I can't believe this is still a problem, I am upgrading to a new laptop and so have to go through setting google.co.uk to be my default search engine - again!? - but I can't seem to make it happen. Can someone please give me the steps again. and can someone explain why it isn't possible to just choose google.co.uk to be the default - there's a whole world out there that isn't in the .com space

surprise surprise it is still a problem and the resolution provided by jscher2000 - Support Volunteer has been moved/removed:

Add-ons site, for example: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/googleuk/ (this one gets UK suggestions, the other three I checked get .com suggestions, if suggestions matter)

I find the mycroft solution doesn't help.

can anyone help with the addon required please? and a plea to make google.co.uk available as a choice please!

Is there a way to change text alignment for Firefox PDF viewer?

When I add text to a PDF file, sometimes it's left aligned and sometimes centered, so I think I might have changed the alignment accidentally.
