Settings button/bookmarks access disappears when new tab is opened

When I want to open a bookmark in a new tab, there's no Settings button. If I'm in a tab I wish to keep open, the Settings button is there. I'm able to use it to open the… (மேலும் படிக்க)

When I want to open a bookmark in a new tab, there's no Settings button. If I'm in a tab I wish to keep open, the Settings button is there. I'm able to use it to open the new tab, and then I can't go anywhere unless I know the address, because I can't access my bookmarks. I've been waiting a long time for this to be fixed. I don't see any logical reason for this, so I wonder if I'm missing something or if a setting got changed. Please help me access my bookmarks from a fresh tab.
