Earlier in the evening of 8/5/24, Rumble, Duck Duck Go search engine and Truth Social were working properly. After dinner and my daughter and her family left, suddenly, without any changes being made on Firefox (which is up-to-date), videos on Rumble load but don't play, the search results don't populate on DDG, and Truth Social just shows a white page. All three of them work on FF on my phone. This is only happening on my desktop.
YouTube and all other sites/tabs work fine. I am at a complete loss as to what could have caused this or how to fix it.

So recently on the latest Firefox version 128.0.3 (64-bit) I have seen blank pages very often. Be it me trying to search for something using google or opening results of such searches, my Firefox just displays a blank page. Sometimes it's the fifth tab, sometimes it's the second tab - but it has happened a lot within the last week. At first I thought I might be running out of RAM but that doesn't seem to be the case because next tab opens and plays nicely as seen in first screenshot. I'm running Windows 10 x64 and have no plans on going Windows 11 ever, but this is just silly.

Hi Starting this weekend I have been unable to purchase items online using Firefox browser on my Windows Desktop. On the weekend I tried to purchase an item from PolarPro, but when I clicked on the checkout button it was unresponsive. I thought it likely that there was a glitch in their website and made the purchase using my iPad. Then today I tried to buy an item from Bandcamp and again had the ssame problem. When I clicked to confirm the purchase my screen was unresponsive. I tried to send an email to you guys and clicking on the send button, same again - nothing happened. This morning, for the very first time in 12 years, I opened my hotmail/outlook email tab and got a completely blank white screen, and nothing more. I've restarted my laptop twice, just to see if it was a Windows glitch. Nope. I disabled ad blockers with the little shield in front of the URL--still no change.
I love Firefox and prefer to use nothing else. However, I tried to open my email with Edge and it works fine. It also works fine on my older computer that did NOT get the Firefox update, so something is amiss here. Firefox updated recently on this machine and I'm wondering if something went wrong in the update. I'm not very tech savvy, but can anyone help me?

I tried the troubleshooting mode, which turns off all the add-ons. Despite that, my Firefox still lags. For example, when I click on a new tab, it takes a couple of seconds to open. When I am typing, it takes a few seconds every now and then to catch up. Additionally, when I am scrolling, it will be unresponsive for a couple of seconds before jumping to where I supposedly scrolled to. I am using Mint Linux Firefox 128.0.3. I have used Firefox before, and I want to confirm that what i could do in the past is now no longer possible. In the screenshot, you see in the "Home" section, you are able to pick what shows for your home page and new windows. Then you see What you can choose to happen on new tabs. I have set it to pull Google's home page. You used to be able to set the new tabs to whatever you wanted as well. However, you no longer can. Is this the way it is intended to work? If so, this should be rethought. No one wants to set their browser to open a new web page whenever they want to look something up, much less just in general to get to their home page. I understand and know that you can add the home button to the toolbar, but that creates an extra step.
Now if this was intended to be this way, where may I express my dissatisfaction with this option?
