bold text since the last update I have been getting a whole bunch of notices that I must "dismiss" when I start Firefox.

    How can I stop them from ?

I am trying to manage Firefox for company devices via Intune and would like to know if there is a way to uninstall all extensions/add-ons besides one or two approved ones.

I have been able to import the Firefox AMDX into Intune and have made a policy to install uBlock (which works without issue) and I can uninstall specific extensions/add-ins via their Extension ID (also without issue), however I can't see a way to uninstall all extensions. If I try and put a wildcard in the Extension ID field, nothing is affected.

We have a large number of devices with their own user-installed extensions so auditing this and then updating a policy manually with specific extension IDs may be quite painful.

I have had it up to here with Firefox. I am madder than a hornet. Currently, I am unable to access my Outlook email and DirecTV in my Firefox browser, though I can in other browsers I have. Sometimes, I can't even sign into Ebay.

The DirecTV problem goes back at least 4 years to a different PC, so I have had this same problem on two PCs, therefore it can't be my PC. Besides, why can I access DirecTV on my Norton private browser and not on Firefox? I get the following error window:

The differing Outlook problem has popped intermittently over the past few months, but has happened more often lately. In that problem, the sign-on button is not activated.

Similar with the Ebay sign-on problem, except Ebay thinks I'm a bot and won't let me go any further than that perplexing error message.

I'm in the process of gravitating to the Norton private browser. I've already got all my bookmarks moved to that browser. At least Norton works for these three websites.

To put it bluntly, I think Firefox is a big stinking pile of horse manure. Firefox makes it EXTREMELY difficult to find out solutions. I believe Firefox actually WANTS it to be difficult to use. Why else would it be so hard to find out things? For example, instructions tell me to do something in some menu or click on some button, but the menu selections or buttons usually aren't there. I go round and round through the same blankety-blank webpages. I feel like a June bug constantly circling round a light. Even wanting to simply restore Firefox to original settings requires pulling eye teeth.

It took me over an hour to finally restore Firefox settings yesterday, which fixed things for THAT DAY ONLY. Today, the same problems cropped back up again.

I've had it. Unless I'm given some solution THAT ACTUALLY CONTINUES TO WORK, I am quitting Firefox.

A particular app won't verify me. It says I need to go to settings on my browser and enable locations. I use Firefox with Windows 11. I have no idea what they are talking about or how to do that. Can anybody help? Thanks.

My logo on the top right near profile has a yellow triangle and account disconnected above my email. When i click it it takes me to login to mozzila account. I enter my password it sends a one time key to my email i enter that key it says your logged in start browsing. than when i refresh the page im logged out again. It wont stay logged in. I dont know what the issue is. ive uninstalled and reinstalled. My firewall is not blocking firefox in anyway. i dont have any third party anti virus/malware on my pc (fresh install of windows done by me 2 days ago).

Sometimes some sites in firefox just refuse to load but when I take the same time in to google chrome it works just fine, this is such an annoying issue as its seems to be just random, sometimes sites work and other times not, and its always the same times, like youtube, gmail, and amazon always work, and i have firefox download in another pc and firefox works fine, i tried to unistall it with revo, i tried to reformat it and same issue,

In Australia, a lot of organisations are forcing native languages upon us. How can I block these words? I do not want to block the website....just the words in Native Languages.

It used to be that Firefox would remember where I saved similar files (from the same webpage I assume) in the past and save them to the same directory. That doesn't work anymore and I cannot find any setting for that. Now it always suggests the most recent place I saved to.

Even if you change the setting of Firefox about:config from "true" to "false", it will automatically change from "false" to "true".

privacy.userContext.enabled 

If you change "privacy.userContext.enabled" from "true to false" and check after restarting Firefox, it will revert to "false to true." It is unclear why it reverts to the original state.

Hello, My saved passwords do not work on certain sites on my Windows 11 computer and my Android smartphone. I have repaired firefox,and created a new profile as advised by members of the French forum.i have also created a new account. On the computer only, I no longer have the subtitles on the skillshare site. When I go to pinterest and deezer, the page does not display normally. I can't see the images in the duckduckgo search either, because I've been redirected to a non-javascript site. I had ccleaner, it was suggested to me that the problem came from there but I uninstalled it before creating the new profile. I also have bit defender free on my devices. Thank you.

Today I was forced to reinstall my PC (nothing worked, a lot of problems etc). I was told that I don't need to use any backup for Mozilla (even if I wanted, my PC problems would not allow me to do that) because yesterday I've made a sync. After couple of hours of reinstalling the system I wanted to sync my account to get back my Bookmarks and turns out that sync does not restore them. I have all my plugins and that's all, none of the bookmarks. I've lost literally years of saved data.

At first I thought it was Facebooks issue but when I shared using Edge or Opera browser the share dialog DOES have a share button at the bottom of the share pop up dialog. Using Firefox, for what ever reason, it's cut off at the bottom so I have no way to share and have to copy the link and walk it over to Facebook or wherever to share anything. If I configure DoH in Windows 11, Firefox is unable to make any name lookups.

Originally I had DoH configured in Firefox, I wanted to use a Custom provider so I entered the details, and this worked initially.

I then configured the Windows 11 OS itself with the DoH custom provider, and this also worked in other apps, I could also use nslookup to successfully perform name lookups.

However, after configuring DoH in the OS, when I returned to Firefox, I could no longer access any websites. If I reconfigured Firefox to use CloudFlare or NextDNS with DoH, they also would not work. If I disabled DoH in Firefox and used regular DNS, Firefox was still incapable of performing any name lookups and accessing any websites. Only when disabling DoH in the OS did Firefox begin working normally again. I re-enabled my custom DoH in Firefox and it works as long as I do not enable DoH at the OS level.

Is this a bug?
