Unable to export bookmarks file. When I go to 'Manage Bk Mks' it is blank and states 'no items' (see screenshot) but I have all my bookmarks in the in the usual left hand pane. I've asked this question before and received no response. Can anyone help please?

I use the android version of your email app. I love it, easy to use and almost use the "Unified" Inbox all the time.

It would be nice to nice to have this facility for any type of account.

Just loaded Thunderbird on a new laptop. It displays a list of messages with no headings, each message listing in two lines and acres of wasted space in the middle. See Image 1 (6300040).

How do I get back to a list of one-line entries with headings at the top of each of the columns (which lets me change the sorting direction)? It works so much better for me. See Image 2 (6300039).

I'm trying to setup MFA with DUO Mobile app, and I get past the part where I scan the QR code successfully. However, when it requests that I then enter the code generated by the app it rejects the code each and every time. My DUO app (on iPhone) is updated to the most current version as of today (6/30/2024), and my iPhone is updated to most current iOS version for iPhone 13, as of today. However, after multiple attempts the issue persists.

I have been using [edited] @comcast.net as user name for Firefox account. I want to delete that email because I'm leaving comcast ASAP. I read instruction that say add a new email name as a secondary account and then delete the primary one above. I entered [edited[ @gmail.com. I got a message that said that account already exists. Since I didn't know that or remember any password for it, I entered [edited] @gmail.com and said "forgot password." I changed it Now Firefox won't let me in using the [edited] @gmail.com account. I used to use chrome. There, when i add a bookmark, the title and the URL are prefilled. Which is very comfortable. Why is this not a feature in firefox? I always have to copy paste the URL and enter an own title. Chrome has become very slowly on some websites, while firefox does not slow down on those websites at all. So i want to stay with firefox. Good job, team. But the bookmarking UX is improveable.

I have received an email from Microsoft advising that from a date in September third party apps will no longer be able to access outlook email accounts. Does this mean I will no longer be able to use Thunderbird - which has been my preferred email client for many years? Thanks Nigel

Almost daily I get a message to download or dismiss update. When I dismiss the message, it continues to pop up. When I hit download, nothing happens. This is locking up my computer at times & slowing everything down. I actually don't see the need for daily updates. What is causing this and how can I stop it?

I already changed the cookies settings to allow this website and my school's website. I don't understand the issue and why it popped up out of nowhere. I use firefox latest update on Windows 11. Downloaded an update a few days ago on my W11 OS and FF stopped loading pages Office Depot, Expedia, Amazon it was off and on would show up when it first loaded then when the news pages loaded it would disappear. Tried to use Refresh but it cut off my access to the web message: Secure connection failed...error connection...PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. Tried restart with add ons disabled...nothing, tried restart normally...nothing. Any help in this would be appreciated thanks.

Some shades of white have a purple tinge to them. The amazon logo, certain themes, and other websites are slightly purple. This is only an issue in firefox, not any other program or browser.

Even when i set it on start from where i left off, after closing my Mozilla desktop application my all tabs get reset which have been quite problematic for me.

In regards for this, please solve this problem as soon as possible as it keeps hindering with my work
