I downloaded thunderbird, setup my 5 email accounts - a couple being IMAP accounts - thunderbird logged in instantly, displayed all my inbox emails in my IMAP accounts but did not show any of my subfolders full of emails - sent emails excluded as well. My hotmail account it displayed everything and my rogers provider too which is perfect.

I downloaded a program called EM Email for fun - entered one of my IMAP accounts and it synched and displayed all my folders with zero issues (except for the program limitations unless your purchase it lol) with simply my email address and password - no settings - no complications -

Anyone know if this can be fixed? I'm at wits end as a couple days ago my Outlook started holding my emails in my drafts folder for anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes before sending - causing a lot of issues with my work. I've also spend literally the entire afternoon and part of the evening on this. Seems to be a common issues yet sources giving instructions seem to be too old to help.

I did manually backup my folders and tried to integrate them into thunderbird with error after error no matter what i try

Unable to fix the side by side error, my only option may be to re-install Thunderbird or migrate to Outlook.

My question is whether its feasible to re-install Thunderbird and still preserve my old profile and emails. I haven't done any backups of Thunderbird but do still have all my emails on the server.

I've had thunderbird running on my desktop for many years. I tried setting it up identically on my android and it doesn't work. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong as I run the server side as well. How do you get thunderbird to accept no username or password for the outbound server? I'm using postfix and it only accepts outbound email from my ip address.

Hi, Set up a thunderbird account on advices from experts due to current issues with BT Email in UK. Have set up an account which is working but the contacts are corrupted? In personal address book loads of hash tags and symbols with no details. In Mac OS x has names but most only have telephone numbers. Also have multiple names for same contact as I tried to download again! I use an Apple IMac PC. Is there any easy way to remove all contacts and what is the best way to try again and get contacts to import with full information? I am not very Techy so plain English with any solution would be appreciated. Still have BT account and downloaded to a CSV file when trying.

I would like to know how I may transport Thunderbird from an old computer to a new without losing data. The old computer still is working. I do not have gmail, though I am considering going over to it.

hi,yesterday,THUNDERBIRD updated & since then,All My Sub Folders are Missing Do I try & Find the prior Version & Download it???? or Wait for the Persons at Thunderbird WAKE UP & Find that they STUFFED UP Please assist
