Hello. I have window10. I have primary password which must entered before accessing any site. or the last 3days my computer asks me repeatedly to enter my primary password. and the circle goes on.

So I am unable to use my computer.

I was searching for a support phone number to explain myself better. Sadly I could not find any number. Please help. Thank

Hi. I just hoped on my computer and firefox seems to not want to load any site. Somehow this support page is the only thing that seems to be working. My other browsers such as Chrome is working perfectly fine, I'm able to search whatever & watch videos no problem so it does not appear to be a wifi issue...

Everything I search on firefox leads to a blank page that doesn't appear to be loading no matter how long I leave it for. The menu button in firefox does not work either

I've tried: - Restarting the computer several times - Turning off Anti-Virus - Clearing cookies & data

I've attached screenshots of what it looks like whenever I try to search for something... Looking to hear of any solutions you may have!

Windows 10. Have used Firefox for years with no problem. Out of the blue, when Firefox is invoked, it comes up, but the screen dims after a few seconds, an the hourglass appears and Firefox freezes at that point. I have to use Task Manager to close it. I tried uninstall and that failed. Then I manually deleted the Firexfox program files. When I tried to install the program from Firefox, that failed as well with a window that pops and says there was a problem. Then the install window freezes (!) and again I have to resort to Task Manager to stop the program. What to do to get Firefox running again? Thanks. Bob Ochsman ochsman@gmail.com

Hey folks, I've been noticing something peculiar with Firefox that's been bothering me lately. Whenever I try to watch videos on YouTube in resolutions above 1080p, they tend to randomly buffer. It's quite frustrating, especially when I know my internet connection is stable and other browsers don't seem to have this issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem with Firefox? And if so, do you have any tips or solutions to share? Thanks in advance for any insights!

ever time i watch something i will go to pause it and noting will happen and if hover over a video and preview it won`t stop until i close the tab how do i turn this off?

I'm a user of Mozilla, it's my main browser. I use it for everything and especially for Youtube. But, recently, some changes have appeared and not for better. I don't know why or if it's only me. The thing is Youtube is not like the real site but something else and so i lose options or settings. I don't have anymore the mutiple screen size options. There's a button that says "watch this on Youtube" while i'm litteraly on Youtube.. And now i want to watch a video with a age restriction and it'tells me i have to be connected to Youtube while i'm connected.

Can someone answer me about this or make it noticed by Mozilla employees ?

Every other browser works fine. This one stopped dead on Win10 and Android9. It wont stream even in safe and my Android has no add ons

When I open my emails, I get an automatic default to email REPLY. I cannot open my emails for reading and attachments. Also, I no longer get the time of the email listed. How do I restore my settings?

I'd like to know if there is a way to remove firefox relay from the context menu, as per screenshot. I really like the relay icon on the email fields, but I don't want it to show on the context menu and I found no such option on the relay extension. Is there a solution to this?

I have a Lenovo Win 11 notebook that now requires me to sign in each time I open Outlook or YouTube when I use the Firefox Browser. Edge and Chrome do not require a sign each time I use Outlook and/or YouTube. A setting in Firefox certainly seems to be the cause. I reinstalled Firefox, still same broblem.

A week or two ago I had no issues with Outlook and YouTube. It happens now every time I Open Outlook and YouTube.

I now use EDGE and have stopped using Firefox which has been my preferred browser for years.

My display is too big now and I lose parts of webpages in the "edges"? Search bar when I first sign on shows 120%. How do I get back to 100%? Please no technical jargon. If I can't fix this,will have to quit using Firefox.

Windows 10, fully updated with the latest firefox version. Email program is MS Outlook through my employer. Email notifications are overwhelmingly loud if the global volume is sufficient for viewing content. Playing with the volume mixer doesn't help. I have searched for solutions online, and every suggested fix entails features or options that are not available on my system. Please provide complete instructions for Windows 10. Please respond to lanzcc@potsdam.edu

SECOND PROBLEM

This has been going on for a length of times, the Privacy app or window keeping changing when I used it. This morning, it started back when trying to close it to go to another website. Also, the middle part of the privacy screen keeping changing.

Firefox is not secure because there is something going on every day with the settings. They keep changing on me.

I've been using Rightmove Professional on Firefox for ten years plus but now suddenly it's not working correctly as the viewing windows no longer slide. Rightmove say it's due to an update by Firefox and advise to switch to Chrome but I really don't want to - will this issue be fixed? Thanks
