Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?

This is from an old bug report. See if it helps;

Bug 1242306 - Users unable to login to Macy's; Access Denied: You don't have permission https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1242306

Either of these makes Macy work: network.http.spdy.enabled = false network.http.spdy.enabled.v3-1 = false

Type about:config<Enter> in the address bar. If a warning screen comes up, press the I Accept the Risk button. This is where Firefox finds information it needs to run. At the top of the screen is a search bar.

Which version of FF did you install? x86 or x64? And what O/S are you using and which version x86 or x64 as well?
