Hi, I am thinking about buying a new phone and wanted to know if i get a new phone and download firefox/mozilla and sign in with my id and pw will all the collections that i currently have in firefox at this time going to be a available to me on the new phone after downloading the current version of firefox? But on chrome it is working as expected. Any way i can check for errors in the android app?

Windows corrupted my user profile so I lost everything... how do I get my bookmarks from Firefox iOS to my desktop PC?

When I sign into my desktop Firefox it has nothing - I am worried if I sync my iOS firefox it will delete all my bookmarks?

I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am encountering on the latest version of the Firefox browser for Android. My goal is to open specified pages in the same tab using Intent from a third-party custom application. However, I have observed that different URLs open in separate tabs, contrary to my expectations.  Current Implementation:  Here is the code snippet I am currently using: java： Intent intent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_VIEW); intent.setData(uri); intent.putExtra(Browser.EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID, packageName); startActivity(intent); Expected Behavior:  I expect different URLs to open in the same tab without opening new tabs. This functionality is crucial for my application.  Issue Background:  I have researched similar issues and found that users have had comparable needs using Browser.EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID. Unfortunately, it appears that Firefox has not fully addressed this functionality. The EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID is a feature that modern browsers should ideally support to enhance user experience and maintain continuity within a single tab. Firefox for Android doesn't handle captures very well it displays the captcha but it's so zoomed in, and it doesn't let you scroll left or right, that you can't see the submit button.

I tried reducing the zoom to 115 but didn't make much of a difference.

Using Firefox Nightly with Firefox Beta as my search engine adding that to the pre-installed list. Also Nightly is set up as default browser. In the past adding a browser was never a problem. Any help appreciated

I'm trying to set my DNS settings in Firefox Nightly to a custom service. But i am having nothing but problems.

I want to use one of these settings for the secured w/ECS:Malware blocking, DNSSEC Validation, ECS enabled.

My only problem is I'm not sure which format of the address options I should be inputting in the DNS settings in the about:config

P S. Yes I know I can set a custom DNS address in the connections settings of my android device. And it works most of the time. I however want my own settings in the browser itself.

I need a Backup from my Account because all my Passwords and Bookmarks are not there anymore. They was saved in my Account it work't allways well till yesterday !

I have been having consistent issues with Youtube when played on Firefox. Opening the "Stats for Nerds", I see that I have decent connection speed. However, I get a burst of network activity, and then it stops. Therefore, i can't watch the video. Refreshing Youtube does not help at all.

Trying on other browsers, I do not have issue. While I sometimes get low network activity, most often than not, I can play Youtube videos fine.

I have done the following:

• Confirmed that I'm running the latest Firefox version (127.0.0)
• Cleared Firefox cache
• Confirmed having issue (sometimes worse as I get no network activity even on refresh) on Firefox Troubleshoot mode

I use the Thunderbird email client on my Microsoft Windows 10 desktop tower PC in order to access my Gmail account using POP3, using "only" my email address and password.

However, I note that Google plan to introduce more stringent and tighter sign in/authentication methods from September 2024 as follows:
