Hello Support! I am trying to recover my old and new bookmarks after I uninstallled tha App n then reinstall I can't find my tabs, or my old and new bookmarks! Please advise URGENT-Priority

The Site Notification for Firefox for Android is broken (don't know if it's just me) I have a notification for IGN website but Whenever I click on any site notification I received it always open a " about:blank " page rather than the actual website.

My phone model is ZTE Blade V50 Vita ZTE 8550 Running android 13

A recent update has broken the ability to upload images. I am on a Pixel 7. Firefox has full rights. I tried clearing cache. It is not a particular website. This one for instance, allows the option of uploading images to attach.to my question and it doesn't work. Hoping someone has a fix so I can keep using the browser.

whenever i try to play a in fullscren on my android phone, there apears a grey sidebar apears on a side, this happens only when the fullscreen is horizontal, additionaly sometimes you can see time and battery cut of in half on the top of the screen as well, that is usually accompanied by a grey bar at the bottom.

Firefox recently got so much slower than normal. Usually it will take 5-10sec to load a full page .Now it loads very slow that I don't know how much time it takes to fully load the page.please help me with this problem. Thankyou

YouTube video bug that shows the copy / select all floating bar when we double tap to go ahead in the video .. I have attached the screen shot .. ( when I double tap to go like +60 sec and more.. this pop up comes.. when you normally double tap to go +10 or +20 sec ahead it doesn't show up.. but when you want to go ahead in the video by tapping... This bug keeps happening! Please do check out the screen shot that I attached!..

Several times in the last 5 months, I received a notification on my Pixel 7 phone telling me that Firefox was, "using large amounts of data." The first time it was about 750 MB of data (in a 20-ish min period). Today, it was about 400 MB of data (also in a 20-ish minute period). Both times I was simply browsing news sites - catching up on the days news. Today, I was logged into the New York Times (I'm a subscriber) when I received the high data usage notification. I'm a dinosaur who is still on a limited - 2GB - plan, so gobbling up a quarter of my data in 20-ish minutes hurts. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this one?

I attempted to upload two screenshots showing my data usage - 1 showing the overall data usage - the spike. And the other showing Firefox usage. It is unclear to me whether or not the pictures uploaded. Also, I had written this query before but I'm not sure it submitted. If it did, I apologize for the repeat.

Issue 1: Why does Mozilla heat up so fast even though my device has no problems at all, and when will it be fixed? Because I've used Edge before, and it works very well and consumes little of my device resources. Issue 2 After the last update of Mozilla version 127.0.1, the use of in private mode became more difficult to use, and with my habit of keeping tabs open in private mode for a long time, sometimes up to 3 months. And I'd like to know when Mozilla will make it better for people who like to use it privately, because I don't like to use general mode, it's like there's constant surveillance for Mozilla users, and there are also cookies, so I don't like these and use them in privacy mode all the time I surf the web.And why is it harder for me to use it in In private mode? Firefox for Android gets frozen when using it to open large PDF files. I have been meaning to change my default PDF viewer app, but once Firefox has been set as the default PDF viewer for Android, there will no way to change this default; as Firefox default's don't have the option to be deleted through Android's App Info menu.

Hi, I am thinking about buying a new phone and wanted to know if i get a new phone and download firefox/mozilla and sign in with my id and pw will all the collections that i currently have in firefox at this time going to be a available to me on the new phone after downloading the current version of firefox? When trying to access certain sites, I receive a message that " Access is denied. You do not have permission to access this website." I was trying to place an online order at Subway.

Firefox for Android doesn't handle captures very well it displays the captcha but it's so zoomed in, and it doesn't let you scroll left or right, that you can't see the submit button.

I tried reducing the zoom to 115 but didn't make much of a difference.

Basically my self hosted jellyfin instance throws an error:

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected.

   Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.

But on chrome it is working as expected. Any way i can check for errors in the android app?
