I cannot receive email. I receive it in Spectrum webmail, but not in Thunderbird. But I can send email.

My email was hacked last week. I worked with Spectrum yesterday to solve the incoming mail problem as far as webmail is concerned. But I still cannot receive mail through Thunderbird.
