ever since u guys renewed firefox it crashes and wont let me play games on face book it just crashed doig this question

since u guys renewed mozilla firefox it crashes and wont let me play games on facebook and it crashes when i write to guys too.t also says eitherr missing or iaccessible when i activate firefox im tired of this crap daily!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
