HDI download an entire web page so I can read it when I am off-line?

I want to copy an on-line journal of over 150 pages, including lots of photographs, onto my iPad so that I can read and study it when I am not in a WiFi area. My computer is a Mac. Years ago either IE or Netscape had a way to do this but I have no idea where my notes about it are now. Can this be accomplished on Firefox? If so, pl;ease explain what I need to do, step by step. Thanks a lot.
