FireFox says there is a security issue because the security cert is for Network Solutions and won't let me open my business email of which is in fact is a network solutions email and no there is not an advanced way around this.

Hi jen3244, do you mean Firefox says the certificate doesn't match the site in the address bar, it's a "BAD DOMAIN" error? You could copy/paste the error (expand the description by clicking the Advanced button) so we have a more complete picture.

Usually that error only happens on a site that isn't meant to be accessed using HTTPS, and not on a site that is important to be secure, such as email.

Could you compare the URL of your inbox in Chrome with the URL you are using in Firefox? Perhaps if you copy/paste the address from the address bar on Chrome to Firefox's address bar, you could bypass the problem. If it works, bookmark that new address for future reference.

Thank you so much, here is the message I got: mail.autoartmagazine.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.networksolutionsemail.com, networksolutionsemail.com Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

I have had this email for 15 years and just received this. But using the URL from Chrome like you said to do worked perfect and got me in.

This does not make sense to me but it did work and I am good to go. Thank you again.
