Hello,

I have a friend who is profoundly blind. He uses Thunderbird email but needs a keyboard shortcut to open attachments to an email. Is there a keyboard shortcut? If not can you create one?

Thunderbird downloads emails properly when first opened but the comes up with error as per attached for subsequent downloads. It does this for all (5) email addresses I have. Every once in a while when the error message comes up, Thunderbird freezes completely and I have to force quit. (on Mac)

I set up an email address with Mailfence and paid $5 now it says that my trial period has expired and I need to pay to use the account. But this was not very clear when I signed up. Is Mailfence a paid service?

I use THUNDERBIRD for email on both my Apple laptop and on my iPad. The Thunderbird Message Filter works well on the laptop. But it does not work at all on the iPAD. All messages received on the iPAD appear only in the general INBOX rather than any of the subfolders. Attached is a screenshot of the laptop Thunderbird list of subfolders. How can I get the sorting to work on the iPAD? Thank you.

I cannot set up thunderbird. I enter my email and email password and get a message indicating that one configuration was found. I hit done and get a message "Unable to login at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password." I am using the correct information so do not know what is going on.
