Dear Sir,

When it was necessary to change from Heart Internet to Thunderbird your representative guided me through setting up my email account on my laptop.

I would like to access my emails on my cellphone, as I did before, but require assistance in setting up that facility on my cellphone.

Please send me the details to enable, "an amateur", to load my emails onto my Apple iPhone.

After reinstalling the app, I can no longer set up Sync since the accounts.firefox.com is loading infinitely. I understand that the iOS version is old but is there possibly a way to log in somehow?

The Firefox app on my iPhone is permanently on dark mode even when I turn it off.

My iOS version software is fully up to date, I’ve tried quitting the all and it won’t solve it, I don’t really want to reinstall all as I’d lose my open tabs.

Dear Mozilla team, as a old fan from early days of Mozilla Firefox, Im quite dissapointed with the same issue I am facing with Firefox browser. Even I created my profile, which one you can check from which year has been created, even after I synchronised all my bookmars, passwords etc etc, still no data is restored. I formated my laptop last week and thought that this time, with syncronising I will save a lot of time buut veery dissapointed again. STILL I am not having back my 100+ login details saved on Firefox. Also tabs. Now, on my browser promts taht my account is all syncronised but still blanco browser, with not a single saved data!

I will appreciate your help to get back my data, as soon as possible.

The "previous page" functionality was fixed with the last update (8/??/24); but a new bug has presented.

If I had a tab with the homepage, if I leave that tab and return to it, the home page with its 16 shortcuts is gone, and all that appears is a blank, grey page-- and nothing is clickable on that blank page. So I have to delete the non-functioning home-page and create a new one.

There was no option to classify this post as a bug report.

I have several certificates installed which all appear in the Certificate Manager 'Your Certificates' tab.

There are no entries in the 'Authentication Decisions' tab.

When navigating to a web site, I am not prompted to choose a certificate to login however FF always uses certA to login. How do I change the setting to use certB to login?

I am not the one using Firefox for iOS; my sister is. I am not looking for an actual fix at this point, I just want to know if anyone else is having the problem.

My sister was having no problem logging into Chase with her 8th gen iPad until about a week ago (my apologies, I don't know the exact day). She tried to log in, and the Web site took her to the system requirements page.

The weird thing is, her system was fine according to their list. But she updated to the latest iOS (18-something) and then the latest Firefox for iOS 129.0.1 (she doesn't like .0 versions and always waits for .0.1).

She got the same error.

Chase insists that the problem is hers. Personally, I don't trust a corporation that big farther than I can throw their combined offices on the planet. Is anyone else getting this problem?

Again, I am not looking for a fix at the moment, just looking to find out if the problem really is in her set.

Hello, quite for a long time I observe the same bag that you have in your application. The problem is with downloading a PDF from a supplier. The PDF is not recognised and it is said as an unknown file and also the file does not weigh any kilobytes or different - it’s always zero. So first issue is that the PDF is not recognised as PDF and even though when I try to save download file to files app on iPhone and I add shortcut “.pdf” still it weighs 0 kB.

I’ve been using Firefox on my iOS device, and I’m trying to sync my bookmarks across devices. However, it seems like the bookmarks from my desktop are not showing up on my iPhone. I have already logged into my Firefox account on both devices and enabled sync for bookmarks.

Could you please guide me on how to properly sync bookmarks between Firefox on desktop and Firefox for iOS? Are there any additional steps or settings I need to check?

My bookmarks & open tabs are not syncing between my Mac and iPhone. Mac Firefox version 129.0.1. IOS version 129.1. When I search help for how to sync, the instructions start with Select sync & save data from the Firefox menu, but there isn’t any such item in the menu. What’s going on here?

When I try to sign in to YouTube using my Google account, it automatically sends me to an old university sign on website that is no longer valid. This only happens on the iOS version of Firefox. Is there any way to block this website?
