I have "Open previous windows and tabs" checked in the settings, And have been using firefox in that manner for years, Like I would close the browser, And would beable to come back to what I was working on. But after an update, I came back to all my tabs gone, And I opened multiple tabs and closed, And opened the browser again and there were no more tabs. I followed the instructions in a earlier post of the same problem but problem persists. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1429964 Please help I lose productivity without this feature. Why am I getting the message below every time I try to go on the The Great Courses website? The Great Courses Customer Service Dept it is Firefox that is blocking me from accessing their website. Please tell me how to correct the problem.

As part of my job I need to fill in long content into webpages. Many of the words can be long and not so common in everyday language - but are words that I use many times in the report writing I do. Like with MS Word's AutoCorrect... Could there not be an option for custom work shortcuts, such as:

cst automatically becomes: custom prg automatically becomes: Pseudomonas aeruginosa

OK - I must be missing something. On my previous browser, Opera, if I wanted to see details of my passwords then I needed to put in the computer password, so keeping them quite secure. However, Firefox seems to let anyone using the browser to access the full details of all my passwords, even offering to copy them! This has to be the most insecure approach possible - surely this can't be correct, can it?

the browser will not open comments sections in Aol, and JPost. But, in other browsers the comments section on the bottom of each article is available. How can i fix it?

I get this msg from FIrefox when I try to login from the webpage kp.org. I have no problem on Microsoft Edge.

Also on NBCwashington.com/weather the video doesn't play on Firefox but does on Microsoft Edge. I contacted NBC Washington local station and they can find no problem on their web page.

On Opera and Chrome, I am logged in as a google user. I make a diary available from a web page which is limited as to how the viewer sees it. If I (or another authorised user) is viewing it then they see all the detail. If anyone else sees it then they only see 'busy' against all the bookings. This has worked fine for years.

On changing to Firefox, though, when the web diary is accessed - even though I am logged in properly - it only shows the 'busy' view. It seems as if it's not maintaining my google login, hence showing the 'incorrect' view.

Is there anything that I can change to make this work properly?

Something funny started happening, but only recently. I cannot reach the Super Micro website, or any of it's sub-pages (https://www.supermicro.com) in normal mode. Though when using private mode, I can. I've already cleared cache and cookies, removed add-ons and add blockers and tinkered with the settings.

Hoping you can help me because I need this website multiple times a day for my job and I don't fancy using 2 browsers, Firefox being my favourite one.

I'm a long time FF user, the developer edition is my preferred browser. It suddenly started crashing, a complete removal and new install did not help.I posted a help question a couple of weeks ago but no workable solution surfaced unfortunately. I assume the problem is still the same.

ps. I'm currently using the standard FF verison and it runs smooth as ever....

I have both Win7 and Win10 on separate drives. I have been migrating from 7 to 10. From all appearances Firefox on both OS's are sync'd. I have asked for my passwords to be sync'd, yet they have not migrated to Win 10. Bookmarks have so I know something is working. Any advice? Thanks Chris
