Why won't Thunderbird send emails when connected to NordVPN? I have spoken to Spectrum and NordVPN and both of them have suggested that Thunderbird is the issue. I have confirmed that my SMTP settings are correct. I can send and receive from the Web client's site. I have turned off NordVPN and the sending process works as expected. However when I turn NordVPN back on, my outgoing emails are blocked.

Hi, I just reopened Thunderbird after my computer was shut down automatically after a Dell firmware update. I had 15 email tabs open before this -- things I wanted to go back to or that reminded me to do something. They are now empty! I have gone into Troubleshoot mode a couple of times and restarted Thunderbird. I've also checked the "remove addons (or something like that)" check box. No luck. Can someone out there help? I'm going to try restarting my computer now. Thanks!

Another one: I cannot select the country code from the drop down list when entering phone number in Ryanair, so basically I can't buy flight tickets from there. Chromium Browser didn't work as well, but Safari did.

I recently bought a new laptop and didn't import Firefox to the new one. Now I can't access my passwords etc on Firefox because it asks my for my primary password. I have no idea what that might be. Does anyone know if there is any way to recover the passwords please?

I use fire fox as my default browser. It is still the default but now when I go to search the yahoo start page comes on. I cannot search with fire fox as this stupid yahoo home page over rides it. Please help!

Sometimes it happens that an input field on a page in an IFRAME cannot be clicked. The buttons work, but you can't enter anything in the text field.

Only when I press in the address bar and then in the text field, now I can enter text in the text field.

Using TBird 15.10.1 64-bit on my Windows 10 desktop system, I find under Tools | Address Book a down arrow to the left of Personal Address Book; clicking on it displays all my created address lists, which are available when I compose a message to send.

I just got my PC back from the shop. It's the best LG Gram laptop they had with Windows 11, and it's 1-yr old. Much on it was corrupted and I'm having to reload many items, one being my Firefox. It wouldn't open up. I did the right-click on my mouse and hit the OPEN selection. Firefox still wouldn't open up. I reloaded Firefox hoping that it would correct whatever may be wrong. No, it still won't open up. I'm reaching you now via TOR. My TOR was also reinstalled, but it is able to open up. Can you think of what I may have done wrong? [I'm unable to check the option-email me when someone answers my thread {this email must be a thread}, but this will be fine.] Please note that I am so NOT tech-savvy, I don't even have any smart/mobile/cell phone. Just a plain old phone. (I should add I'm in my 70's, ill, and in a Nursing Home.) I looked through your troubleshooting sugggestions, but they are too fancy for me to understand. I access Outlook through Firefox. I added the site to my home screen to login faster. After proceeding through the login screen and accessing my email, I have a blank permanent bar on the top of my screen (where the website controls exist when the quick app starts up). My screen is shifted down from this bar, with elements no longer appearing at the bottom of my screen (calendar, etc). Buttons on the bottom of the screen no longer appear (they are cut off). I want my screen to not be cut off on the bottom. As an aside, the bar on the top of the screen is annoyingly thick whether it's loaded or not.

Unable to export Firefox bookmarks. When I go to 'Manage Bk Mks' it states 'no items' (See attached Print Screen) yet all my bookmarks show in the left hand pane.

After years, I changed my default browser to Firefox instead of Safari. However, in spite of my careful searching and attempts to solve my problem(s) with preferences and reading help FAQs, I am unable to resolve the main issues. I am unable to go to LinkedIn, either my own page or anything else in Firefox. It goes to the page and remains stuck trying to log in. I can copy the url address and paste it into my Safari browser bar and all proceeds as it should ad I get logged in, etc. There is also an issue with my NYT digital account. Sometimes Firefox acts normally, signing me in and allowing me to read articles and so forth. But often, capriciously I would say since it makes no sense at all it will arrive at the lage and for an instant I'll see the article, or video, and then the page will go blank. Reloading produces the same result and I am unable in Firefox to see the content. If I go to the content on Safari, all is fine. I am seriously considering returning to Safari as my default browser. What is going on here? Thank you.

Dear Support. My Mac audio settings are set to output to channel 11 - 12 of my multi-track audio interface. However, Firefox's audio output only shows up on channel 1 -2. Can you help?
