Hi folks I can't login to my Corel.com account on Firefox but I can with Chrome. Can anyone figure out how I can overcome this with Firefox?

I got increasingly frustrated that google.com search page gets increasingly unresponsive under Firefox, and performing searches from the address bar does not do a thing. Does not respond. The page remains blank. Sometimes it remembers to respond, but most often, it does not. I wanted to search something in the search bar. No response after hitting Enter, even though, I can open any bookmarks or webpages other than google.com. If I type google.com in the address bar and hit enter, it reverts to the previous page. Such as, imagine that I was at www.mozilla.org, and in the address bar, I type google.com. I hit enter, and it just ignores it, and reverts to mozilla.org. But if I type microsoft.com, it goes to open microsoft.com in an instance. My Firefox constantly update itself and before, I always deleted the cache file, now I don't even let caching pages, still, it is like this. I am not sure what is going on. Is Firefox for Windows & MAC designed to uninstall old versions of standard, ESR, & Mozilla maintenance service apps? If so, then the assumption you have is that the install didn't execute properly, correct?

My Firefox updates automatically, often when I'm away from my computer. When I installed Firefox initially, I told it not to create a desktop shortcut, but apparently that note didn't get stored anywhere. Every time it updates, it creates a new desktop shortcut. Every time, I delete it. This is getting old.

I'm on a Windows 10 machine and my Firefox settings show that I've selected "Automatically install updates (recommended)" with the optional "When Firefox is not running" also selected. But I don't see anything that will prevent new desktop shortcuts from being created. How can I make it stop?

(And this is not a good answer.)

I have just installed the latest version of Firefox on my Windows laptop. I know am unable to log into my ebay account. I am asked to verify my identity, but get stuck on the page as it gives me no option to actually verify myself. See the attached screen shot

I can log in on Google Chrome, but don't want to.

Can you help?

As mentioned in the title, I was trying a new Firefox installation, and whenever I login, I receive the confirmation code to my mail, and after I fill it correctly and I am able to login, there is an "Account Disconnected" message in my sync settings. If I try to login again, I still have the same issue.

I've been trying to access a website that I used to visit without any issues, but it seems like it was recently updated. Now, when I try to open it, the page loads briefly and then turns completely blank. I've already tried clearing cookies and history for this site, but it didn't help. Interestingly, the site does work when I open it in a private window or on a different browser.

What can I do about it?
