I have 2 workstations and I use firefox as my primary web browser for both workstations. My office computer gets secure connection failed which is my main computer but I'm able to logon with my laptop computer without any issues. The site is internal which access our monitoring software for wireless. I'm able to access the site via other browsers, Chrome & Edge on my office computer without any issues. Not sure what else I can do to make this work on my office computer since this is the main computer I use. The following is what I get:

When I receive an email that has a link FIrefox opens without any of my settings. This also happens with Firefox pop-ups, which indicate I don't hae certain products, such as Web Advisor, even though I do.

I guess he first question is why a new iteration of Firefox is opened when I already have it running.

I'm not sure why I get this message: "This site isn't currently available in the EU", but only on my Windows 11 laptop. I don't get the message on my cell phone; instead it goes right to the website. They both use Mozilla/Firefox. here's an example: "https://mail.yahoo.com/d/folders/1/messages/AN6WxktugKP1Zo6E-gXQSGxZLg4." Connection button shows that the site is secure. I have not cleared the cookies. When I select any one of the subjects in the email which are usually local news items I get this response: "This site isn't currently available in the EU." The problem is I'm not in the EU and it appears that I might be dealing with a tracker but when I scan the computer there is no evidence of that. Is there something else that might be going on?

For about a couple of weeks, there has been a lot of delay between what I type and when it actually appears. It's maddening! I have not changed any of my Firefox settings. I did a 'refresh' about an hour ago. I am not seeing any network activity that I cannot recognize. I d/l'd 'Malwarebytes' and ran it..."no threats". MS Defender has always been on & protecting me. I have never had this situation occur before and am hoping for some help (5 to 10 seconds to wait for what you've keyed in is not fun).

I recently pinned Firefox to my Taskbar. When I right click to choose a task to perform (e.g. Open New Private Window), Alson with the list of task choices, there is a long list with the heading "Frequent" of sites that I have visited. So far, the on;y way i can get rid of the items in Frequent is to right click and "Remove from this list" which is time consuming and annoying. How do I get rid of/stop this list from showing

Hi, firstly, I am not very technical so I will describe my issue as simply as I can. When I open my Application Menu (3 horizontal bars on the top right hand side of my screen, underneath the X) and click on the Bookmarks heading, there is a heading showing as Recent Bookmarks. This then lists bookmarks that I have used. As I do not want this list. How do I stop/get rid of this "Recent Bookmarks" heading &/or list. Thank you to anyone who can help (without a lot of jargon/computer speak).

My system specs is as follows

i5-12400 32gb DDR4 3200mhz 250GB SSD as main (wd blue NVME)

Whenever I play 8k 60fps video on youtube it lags and get massive frame drops with igpu sitting at 100% usage. With other browsers like chrome and edge it works 100% can play 60fps 8k video without any issue.

I recently migrated my Firefox profile from a windows 10 to a windows 11 computer. Everything seems to be working fine except saved payment methods.

My cc info appears when I go to type in card information on a website, but when I click on it and press enter or tab, it disappears. My saved payment methods in settings appears empty, and the add button doesn't do anything.

What can I do to fix this?

browser.cache.disk.enable, is re-enabling itself on every Firefox update. WHY?! I disable disk caching and SSL caching because I use a fast NVMe SSD and I don't want to use up all the write cycles to it.. cookies caching is fine with me...

It has been doing this on every update for a while now.. this is annoying and not ok.. please fix.

This SAME topic has been asked in MANY of the Threads - And a Moderator has locked EACH of the threads it seems - But NO ONE seems to be able to tell us - WHY the "''''Ask whether to open or save files''''" does not work anymore.

I had to reinstall Windows 11 and all my files and programs a few weeks ago - and since then - I found the above does NOT work anymore. Now, I have a boat-load full of documents in a Downloads folder - when ALL I wanted to do is open and look at the various files that I received - BUT NOT save them.

I tried to leave or make the """"""Save files to"""" field BLANK - which I thought would be a great solution as Then the "ASK" prompt would HAVE TO ASK you where you want to save or NOT save the file - but it won't allow you to do that either!

bold text My firefox browser has somehow gotten the Easy Login browser hacker, and it is causing me numerous problems including; A. It's icon is blocking part of my firefox screen; B. When I seek to go to an address, it opens a different address...

I use Mozilla Firefox browser on my work laptop, and have it Sync'd to my iphone. Yesterday my sister opened Firefox, logged me out, and logged herself in, to access some things. But instead of closing my profile (bookmarks, saved PWs, etc.) it MERGED hers with mine. Now, on our laptops and phones, we see each others bookmarks, saved PWs, etc. How can I unmerge them? Pls help!

I'm a long time FF user, the developer edition is my preferred browser. It suddenly started crashing, a complete removal and new install did not help.I posted a help question a couple of weeks ago but no workable solution surfaced unfortunately. I assume the problem is still the same.

ps. I'm currently using the standard FF verison and it runs smooth as ever....

I can't recover my bookmarks. I've used both available sites and it still isn't working. "Unable to process the backup file." And when I try to recover the HTML using the converter, it says; "JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data".

I imported my bookmarks through an html backup but I dont see them on the bookmarks bar and when I sync my chrome browser data everything is all screwed up How can I import my chrome data minus bookmarks
