Im trying to put my email (prkirby@sky.com) on to thunderbird (version 115.12.1 64Bit) running on a windows 11 computer I have 2 other emails which run perfectly All my settings are correct, pop 3 incoming pop.tools.sky.com port 995 outgoing smpt.tools.sky.com port 465 both my username and password are correct, all these settings work when using outlook 2013 pro plus on a computer running windows 7 username and password also work when signing in to emails on different computers When I create the account the message I get is password/usename incorrect Any help will be gratefully received Phil

I have auto fill password turned on, yet Firefox NEVER fills in the password, or my e-mail. Each and ever time I have to type it in, Firefox asks to save or update, I say yes, and password and e-mail are saved, yet the next I go to that site I have to type it in manually. I see the password and e-mail are saved accurately yet no auto-fill why?

I have a new windows laptop pc and trying to sync my information from this account to the firefox on the new laptop. I'm having a problem. I'm signed in on the old and the new but it will not sync to the new. What am I doing wrong? When I tried to sign Mozilla keeps telling me my pw is wrong! Huh? I'm signed in now. Is there a different pw for Firefox and Mozilla? I'm so confused!

Because of continuing problems with my Firefox browser I am wondering if it would be a good idea to just remove the program and install the latest version.

It is unresponsive a lot and very slow.

Hello: Q1- I moved Thunderbird from my C drive to my D drive but...C drive still contains active content Thunderbird uses. I'm not sure about when I backup my profile folder, all the data is really being backed up? eg. C:\Users\mdc\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\cy4sug48.default-release

      F:\Users\mdc\ProgramData\Thunderbird\Profiles\cy4sug48.default

I also changed all my Thunderbird registry entries to D drive. I don't understand why C drive is still active?

Q2- When I choose Import from a Thunderbird profile this comes up (see attached picture)? This directory does not exist! Where is it coming from?

How do I DELETE THE "PRIVATE BROWSER" setting on my tablet. I can tap the orange Fox Logo and I still get flipped to the "infinity" Logo! That is NOT THE SAME AS ACTUAL "INCOGNITO" setting!

Facebook account link please i need a help on how to rename my facebook account name to my Id card name ..

Something isn't right with Firefox formatting especially when I'm in my Email system and Facebook and probably others . . . not all of the marker and colors are appearing but the photos look OK.

For example, what I am typing here . . . the letters are not a consistent "black" . . . some letters look sort of faint while some are full black and OK. Kind of hard to describe but it indicates that something is not completely working properly.

Just updated to 115.13.0. I had three unread messages and this showed correctly in my task bar icon. I click on one of the messages to read it and the counter showed no nread messages.

This continues to happen. It shows 10 unread messages but as soon as I read one of them the number of unread disappears in the taskbar icon. I am missing some of my emails because of this since I never know if there are new messages.

How can I fix this?

I have a problem when I read a specific webpage and firefox jumps to the end of the webpage. This happens with one specific webpage, a Swiss newspaper: call www.nzz.ch - Now, select one of the articles but in the following way: do a right-click on the title of the article and select "open in new tab". (This is important: it does not happen if you left click on the article and open it in the actual tab.) Now you have the article in a new tab, you begin reading it and slowly scroll down using the mouse wheel. But then, with the slightest scroll back (upwards), firefox will jump to the end of the web page. All you can do is go back (ctl+upward arrow) and look for the place where you have been. Once this has happened, firefox will no longer scroll to the end of the page, you can scroll up and down, and everything works fine. But if you close the tab and open this or another article again with right-click, open in new tab, you have the insane effect again. I have no idea how I could analyze this myself and am thankful for help.

Was clearing out some files yesterday in the middle of taking screenshots on Netflix through firefox (per usual) when suddenly whenever I go into a netflix TV show I get the purple-green image down below that's all wrong and corrupted. Feeling especially confused because I can take screenshots anywhere else on other browsers or Firefox, even on the Netflix home page, perfectly fine - but this format below stopped working?? Am hoping to resolve the issue quickly cause one of my Favourite shows I wanted to post about is having a new season drop in like 2 days :(

since the firefox updates my skype audio has changed cant use them and have to use the master audio settings, also had trouble signing into FF since the new update just now

I am repeatedly kicked out by YouTube, because I seem to have one or more ad blockers active. My problem is that I even don't know where to find them, so that I can deactivate them. I have tried earlier to find a solution, but to no avail. Apparently there are more people having this problem.

I am now forced to watch YouTube on Edge, which feels like treason, because I am a Firefox user for many years.

In case you would have a solution, please don't bombard me with geek talk. I am an IT layman.
