After 129.0 update, Hulu streaming quit working. I have other streaming services that still work fine. I tried it on older version of Firefox 115.14.0esr (64bit) (old pc Win 8.1) and it works fine there. Can I go back to an older version of Firefox or is this a known issue with update?

This is the issue, Hulu website loads and allows you to log in. When you try to stream a show, it plays a commercial then freezes.

I have Hulu live tv streaming and the video is not streaming. I get a black screen when I select a channel or an item from the library. This also happens when I try to stream local tv stations' 24 hr streaming sites. Other streaming services (Disney+, ESPN+, Netflix... etc) stream just fine. Hulu works perfectly in Microsoft Edge but I truly prefer not to use it. I've been using Firefox for years. This has happened after the latest update of Firefox. The update before this latest I experienced a similar problem and using the trouble shoot mode narrowed it down to a problem with Adblocker Ultimate extension. I deleted the extension and reinstalled it and the problem corrected. I did the same this time and no success. I have cleared the cache and reset Firefox and still the problem exists. TIAF any help.

I have previously been able to include the tab 'Close Tab' item in the #contentAreaContextMenu by adding it to browser.xhtml. This no longer works even though 'Reopen Closed Tab' and 'New Tab' still do.

Can someone please tell me how to change the hours for my business website that comes up on a search with firefox? I have changed the hours everywhere else, my google profile, facebook, yelp. Where is firefox getting this data and how so I change it??? my website is soluna massage (location louisivlle ky). When someone searches "soluna massage" in firefox, firefox gives data that is incorrect about my business, specifically the hours. Please help! I am no longer able to open a Word document shared with me via Sharepoint in Desktop mode using Firefox. I have received an email from a student, sharing a Word doc file with me. I click the link, and it allows me to open & edit the document online. But, I prefer to click "editing" in the top right and then "open in desktop." When I do this now, I get a message that says "Allow access to Microsoft 365 account. Your browser settings are preventing an optimal experience with MIcrosoft 365. Allow access to improve your experience." There is a button there that says "Allow access," but when I click it, nothing happens.

I want you to let the control key free for me to use as I have always done for other programs. Why did you took direct control of that key? It always opens a new window I do not need. I use control key plus c key to open another program and now I cannot open it with its own keys combination: control-c-c. Please, tell me how to disable it and stop it opening a new Firefox window. I know this might not be a question you want to answer. But i want to switch to chrome. But i have a lot of tabs open. is there any way to transfer the tabs from firefox to chrome. i have thought of bookmarking all the windows but that would take hours.

Main reason i want to switch is youtube, as soon i fast forward or do anything on youtube with firefox it lags but not on chrome. or is there a way to make youtube faster on firefox because i prefer fire fox

On the Twitch platform no matter what I do, the stream buffers fine at the start but after a few seconds, it significantly drops in buffer speeds only at 480p and above. In incognito without any extensions, once it touches 480p it crashes in buffer speed. With extensions(uBlock Origin, h264iy, etc) then only at 160p does it stream without any buffering. Even alternate video players for twitch do not work.

My internet should not be the issue as a youtube video hours long at 1080p60fps does not buffer even once and my phone using the twitch app does not suffer the same issues(alongside everyone else in the household not experiencing internet issues). I am also connected with an CAT 5 ethernet wire to an amplifier that is connected to my router with a CAT 6.

I tried Firefox 128.03 with a completely fresh profile and encountered the same issues. Clean installed Firefox 129 and uBlock in case any custom filters were causing the issue, nothing worked. Deleted all Twitch extensions(FrankerZ etc), still not using my connection speed to buffer. Using Killer Control Center I put Firefox as top priority, still no change.

Modified several configs(included in the images, as well as changing gfx.webrender to true from false) in the browser after searching for answers online(none worked).

Cache clears every time I close Firefox, nothing. Reinstalling drivers and resetting computer, nada.

Someone please, I am on knees.

Hi folks I have to admit to being in a bit of a panic. Something flashed onto my Firefox browser screen and then I lost all my saved top line tabs, my home button and all the tabs that auto-load each time have also gone. I have never had this happen before and I cannot understand how to roll back. I have noticed a new folder on my W10 Desktop PC's Desktop called "Old Firefox Data" and I am hoping someone can tell me whether that might be helpful when you help me restore things. Any thoughts?

Good evening, For a few days I have this problem (probably with newest version (129.0/1). Each time i try to search something in a new tab by typing in search bar and pressing enter - it just will not proceed. The new tab just stays titled "new tab", doesn't proceed further until I press it few times (6-8 times) - then it loads the search engine with results.

It NEVER happened before. I am certain that I did not change anything.

I'm a very novice Windows 10 user and my ISP is Earthlink. When I open Firefox it brings up my start page in Earthlink - which has a Google window. Never had this problem before but now when I try to Google anything I get the above application notice. Received one response from the community and while the problem may be mine because I'm a very novice user the suggestions didn't seem to work or I was doing things wrong.

Hello, I have developed an addon, which is working fine on desktop as temporary extension, but when I try to install it after zipping, firfox says, it is corrupt and cannot be istalled. and second, how can I use my addon on android firfox. Can it be loaded as temporary extension as desktop version. Please guide.

After the last ESR update to Firefox I am getting this error message when logged into my Google email account. I switched to MS Edge and not having any problems.
