My tabs crash very often. 6+ times per session. This happens on YouTube and Amazon, and can happen with no site loaded, crashed when I went to about:crashes. This also happens in Troubleshoot Mode.

On the Twitch platform no matter what I do, the stream buffers fine at the start but after a few seconds, it significantly drops in buffer speeds only at 480p and above. In incognito without any extensions, once it touches 480p it crashes in buffer speed. With extensions(uBlock Origin, h264iy, etc) then only at 160p does it stream without any buffering. Even alternate video players for twitch do not work.

My internet should not be the issue as a youtube video hours long at 1080p60fps does not buffer even once and my phone using the twitch app does not suffer the same issues(alongside everyone else in the household not experiencing internet issues). I am also connected with an CAT 5 ethernet wire to an amplifier that is connected to my router with a CAT 6.

I tried Firefox 128.03 with a completely fresh profile and encountered the same issues. Clean installed Firefox 129 and uBlock in case any custom filters were causing the issue, nothing worked. Deleted all Twitch extensions(FrankerZ etc), still not using my connection speed to buffer. Using Killer Control Center I put Firefox as top priority, still no change.

Modified several configs(included in the images, as well as changing gfx.webrender to true from false) in the browser after searching for answers online(none worked).

Cache clears every time I close Firefox, nothing. Reinstalling drivers and resetting computer, nada.

Someone please, I am on knees.

Hi folks I have to admit to being in a bit of a panic. Something flashed onto my Firefox browser screen and then I lost all my saved top line tabs, my home button and all the tabs that auto-load each time have also gone. I have never had this happen before and I cannot understand how to roll back. I have noticed a new folder on my W10 Desktop PC's Desktop called "Old Firefox Data" and I am hoping someone can tell me whether that might be helpful when you help me restore things. Any thoughts?

Up until very recently, the YouTube Premium app worked fine w Firefox on my laptop. Now, whenever I click on a site I just get that annoying spinning circle. Is there an update I have missed? Can anyone help me with this issue?

Good evening, For a few days I have this problem (probably with newest version (129.0/1). Each time i try to search something in a new tab by typing in search bar and pressing enter - it just will not proceed. The new tab just stays titled "new tab", doesn't proceed further until I press it few times (6-8 times) - then it loads the search engine with results.

It NEVER happened before. I am certain that I did not change anything.

I cannot disable or delete the two websites that appear in my Autoplay list under Settings. I've tried everything but when I reopen the window, they still have permission to "Allow Audio and Video". Why can't I disable this?

since the last firefox update I cannot upload pictures to my blogs on blogger.com using my windows 11 computer. My Windows 7 computer with engineering software that won't run on Windows 11 still works fine with firefox and blogspot but I haven't allowed that computer to be updated by firefox. I did try blocking the shield to allow blogger to be exempted but that didn't help.

Hello. Periodically I need to connect to my employer's VPN. Whenever I do, all of the open tabs in Firefox will not refresh or connect to new websites. This is especially troublesome for pages that refresh periodically like when viewing email. New tabs open webpages fine. I have tried using a "hard reload" (Shift while using the Reload button) on the already-open tabs as well as clearing the cache through the Settings menu. I've also tried changing the proxy settings in Network settings (Configure Proxy Access to the Internet; No proxy, Auto-detect proxy settings for this network, Use system proxy settings, Manual proxy configuration)

Any ideas on how to prevent this problem in the first place or fix it when it happens?

After the last ESR update to Firefox I am getting this error message when logged into my Google email account. I switched to MS Edge and not having any problems.

Hi, I'm having a lot of problems with forms, and also on commercial sites when I'm trying to purchase items. The buttons are not working, I'm unable to scroll through subsections of a form and drop down boxes are appearing behind other parts of the forms.

It's been doing this for about a month now, I was hoping that a patch would have been released by now to sort the problem. Even this form doesn't work properly. the contact me button doesn't work.

When i try log into office.com for example i get the attached error, i have troubleshot with MS support, they cannot resolve it, the websites works on newly installed browsers, but the two installed browsers, safari and mozilla do not work, cleared cache, history etc and also reinstalled, no luck, please advise re the issue happening on firefox and if you can resolve it we will contact apple for the safari issue

ms believe it is a browser problem which it could be but two browsers stopped working at the same time and only newly installed browsers that have never been on the mahcine work, reinstalled old browsers do not work

When I use firefox for the first few minutes everything works great, but after about 5 minutes the browser stops refreshing old pages and will not load new pages. If I close the browser and reopen it the same thing will happen... works for a bit and then stops. I have cleared browser history and cookies and this did not help. Any advice?

Regular UK Based Firefox user since long time. I changed my broadband provider from BT to Sky. Since then unable to connect to Internet using firefox. I was facing the issue with Firefox 128.0.3 and today I downloaded firefox 129.0 and the issue continues. When I put any URL I get a "Server not found" message. It is even there for firefox.com site

Sometimes (except when I'm demonstrating the problem of course) a Google search simply hangs. In the search field (next to the shield & lock) the website for the search appears, eg https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=how+secure+are+android+phones or https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=nsw+service+parking+meter+app there is no other response and no activity in bottom left corner of the window.

Simply clearing history (history, cookies, cached files, but not site settings) fixes the problem and the search can then be repeated and new searches done until the next time, when it's a case of rinse & repeat. No other action is required, which would seem to suggest that the problem isn't elsewhere.

This problem affects both my wife's and my PC (same configs), and has for several weeks, sorry can't be more precise as to when it started.

I am constantly seeing this message on YouTube. I don't have troubles with any other website. I get this message yet other tabs will happily load different pages. I have a fibre connection, I am definitely connected! I have tried everything I can find to remedy this problem but nothing works, for example a flush DNS command. And yes, of course it absolutely still happens in troubleshoot mode.

This has been happening for over a year now and it is absolutely driving me insane. Whenever this happens I can open another browser and will have none of these problems with that browser. I have been using Firefox for over 20 years religiously, but I am getting so sick of this that if I don't find a solution for this problem soon I will be done with Firefox, I don't even know why I've persisted with this problem for so long. Please help!!!

My searches (regardless of Engine) are coming up in Russian. I don't speak Russian. It does not seem to be the search engine, and does not happen in Chrome, only Firefox.
