I am unable to login to Spectrum.net. I was able to login until a couple of days ago. I can login through Edge but I don't want to use Edge. I contacted Spectrum and since I can log in through edge they say it is a browser problem.

Hi, I try to visit my website ahsapsaksi.com. When I visit on firefox(Desktop and ios). I see the isimtescil template which is the old version of the website. However when I access from another browser like opera I see the updated website(welcome to acme page) only with VPN connection. I tried to delete cookies, visited in private tab etc., however I couldn't manage to see my updated website in firefox(in both desktop and ios).

Can you help me please?

Now a new update. When I visit the website on firefox with VPN connection, I saw the updated version, and from now on I cannot see the website without the VPN at all. I dont understand what is going on. But I tried to clear that cookie many times. Now it looks like the cookie is deleted not by deleting in the settings but using VPN. Now the problem is I cannot visit the website without VPN. Can you explain my experience? why did it happen?

Avec Google, j'ai accès au site. Merci de m'indiquer comment régler ce problème .

This message is to inform you that my email is being leaked from my Firefox browser, in hopes that Mozilla will provide a fix ASAP (if it hasn’t already done so in the latest version?). This leak was made known to me after visiting several websites (sites I've visited previously and sites I’ve NEVER visited before!), where I will receive an email very shortly, if not immediately after visiting and closing the browser tab for the website. (These are legitimate sites that are selling a product and, typically, very politely asking if I need more information, etc. ).

After noticing this, I got in the habit of clearing Firefox memory frequently, if not after every site I visit; but especially when my email is required to login. However, today I just notice that my email address is “permanently” located within the Firefox browser; and have to wonder if this could be how websites are getting my email… The email is located in the Firefox addon Video DownloadHelper app. The Companion App within Video DownloadHelper requires a payment, license #, and email to install. And, when looking thru its new menu today, I noticed my email (the same one I get messages from after visiting sites) is right there within the Video DownloadHelper menu (click on VDH icon, click on gear icon, click on More settings…).

So, I don’t know for certain whether my email is being compromised after logging in to a website and not immediately clearing memory after leaving the website OR if the compromise is from the Companion App within the Firefox Video DownloadHelper app, OR possibly both(?). If it is being leaked from Video DownloadHelper, I would greatly appreciate it if Mozilla would implore upon the VDH crew to remove it from the app.

And, if you can, I would greatly appreciate an email letting me know if/when this has been fixed! Thanks! Regards, Dave

since my last update my aol email has changed.it used to be 4 accounts were displayed and i could select each one now only one is displayed in yellow along with its password displayed in yellow. also i go to copy and paste but it won't paste.jack c lhwoodman@verizon.net 732-264-3512

I always been able to connect w/newsmax.com - until now. When it does not connect tells me to contact that site. Well... I tried and I can not get in to let them know. How do I fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your assistance and reply. Sandra

I have been having problems logging into Spectrum's website on my computer. I can login to the website using another browser. I have contacted Spectrum, they went over my entire account and stated that everything is working like it should. The person said to contact Firefox and have them check my account for any blocks. I can access any website and login without a problem using Firefox but Spectrum. Can you please help me. I really like Firefox as my browser and don't want to have to switch. Thank you.

The autofill function works great for forms and applications but not so much when I'm entering online contests. When they ask me for my TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter username, it will not autofill those. I always have to do it myself in FireFox. But Microsoft Edge doesn't have that problem. Why doesn't it remember what I type in for those types of entries?

I was trying to put a shortcut for Firefox onto my desktop and can't seem to find where the files for the browser are located. I have tried looking up where it could be online and all the answers I have found have been wrong. Please help.

When I try to open Facebook using Firefox, I get the following message:

Sorry, something went wrong.

We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.

When using Chrome or Bing I can access Facebook.

When using the Firefox browser I find that You Tube videos freeze up after a short while, and the whole website becomes unresponsive. I do not have this problem if I use the Chrome browser, so apparently the problem is specific to the Firefox browser.

Since a recent Firefox update it has decided to log me out every single day which is very annoying...I have looked at solutions that only computer guru's would understand and I have no time or desire to trouble shoot this. Therefore, I will be using a different browser until this problem is solved.

I refreshed (to 129.0.2)..... and the iCloud became to dead... (unsigned and unable to sign in) I try to retranslate (from Hungarian) the error message: "During the contact to the server, a mistake/problem emerged". Other browser (Safari on the phone) does not face with it..... (It is possible to sign in.) Is it a bug?????? WHAT SHOLD I DO????????? HOW CAN IT BE SOLVED??????

After running scannow and chkdisk on my Win 11 laptop, the fonts for menus and toolbars in Firefox (not for web pages) is unreadably small (about 6pt). I have tried adjusting layout.css.devPixelsPerPx, ui.textScaleFactor, and browser.display.os-zoom-behavior to recommended valus as well as above or below values. So far, no help. Please advise.
