I am able to set Firefox as my default browser, but as soon as I close out, it is no longer the default browser.

Another issue I have is that I have a message at the top of the Settings page indicating that some other organization is managing Firefox. I have read all the support notes on this problem, but the one the instruction that I think would work is grayed out so I can't change the parameter.

I have 2 workstations and I use firefox as my primary web browser for both workstations. My office computer gets secure connection failed which is my main computer but I'm able to logon with my laptop computer without any issues. The site is internal which access our monitoring software for wireless. I'm able to access the site via other browsers, Chrome & Edge on my office computer without any issues. Not sure what else I can do to make this work on my office computer since this is the main computer I use. The following is what I get:

An error occurred during a connection to 172.20.251.12. You are attempting to import a cert with the same issuer/serial as an existing cert, but that is not the same cert.

Bonjour, depuis quelque temps je n'arrive plus à me connecter sur mon interface du site https://www.leboncoin.fr/annonces/offres/provence_alpes_cote_d_azur cela fonctionne avec edge mais je préférerai rester avec Firefox. When I receive an email that has a link FIrefox opens without any of my settings. This also happens with Firefox pop-ups, which indicate I don't hae certain products, such as Web Advisor, even though I do.

I guess he first question is why a new iteration of Firefox is opened when I already have it running.

I'm not sure why I get this message: "This site isn't currently available in the EU", but only on my Windows 11 laptop. I don't get the message on my cell phone; instead it goes right to the website. They both use Mozilla/Firefox. here's an example: "https://mail.yahoo.com/d/folders/1/messages/AN6WxktugKP1Zo6E-gXQSGxZLg4." Connection button shows that the site is secure. I have not cleared the cookies. When I select any one of the subjects in the email which are usually local news items I get this response: "This site isn't currently available in the EU." The problem is I'm not in the EU and it appears that I might be dealing with a tracker but when I scan the computer there is no evidence of that. Is there something else that might be going on?

For about a couple of weeks, there has been a lot of delay between what I type and when it actually appears. It's maddening! I have not changed any of my Firefox settings. I did a 'refresh' about an hour ago. I am not seeing any network activity that I cannot recognize. I d/l'd 'Malwarebytes' and ran it..."no threats". MS Defender has always been on & protecting me. I have never had this situation occur before and am hoping for some help (5 to 10 seconds to wait for what you've keyed in is not fun).

I recently pinned Firefox to my Taskbar. When I right click to choose a task to perform (e.g. Open New Private Window), Alson with the list of task choices, there is a long list with the heading "Frequent" of sites that I have visited. So far, the on;y way i can get rid of the items in Frequent is to right click and "Remove from this list" which is time consuming and annoying. How do I get rid of/stop this list from showing

Hi, firstly, I am not very technical so I will describe my issue as simply as I can. When I open my Application Menu (3 horizontal bars on the top right hand side of my screen, underneath the X) and click on the Bookmarks heading, there is a heading showing as Recent Bookmarks. This then lists bookmarks that I have used. As I do not want this list. How do I stop/get rid of this "Recent Bookmarks" heading &/or list. Thank you to anyone who can help (without a lot of jargon/computer speak).

Whenever I play 8k 60fps video on youtube it lags and get massive frame drops with igpu sitting at 100% usage. With other browsers like chrome and edge it works 100% can play 60fps 8k video without any issue.

I recently migrated my Firefox profile from a windows 10 to a windows 11 computer. Everything seems to be working fine except saved payment methods.

My cc info appears when I go to type in card information on a website, but when I click on it and press enter or tab, it disappears. My saved payment methods in settings appears empty, and the add button doesn't do anything.

What can I do to fix this?

browser.cache.disk.enable, is re-enabling itself on every Firefox update. WHY?! I disable disk caching and SSL caching because I use a fast NVMe SSD and I don't want to use up all the write cycles to it.. cookies caching is fine with me...

It has been doing this on every update for a while now.. this is annoying and not ok.. please fix.
