I am deleting or updating accounts linked to an email that was hacked. However, I cannot make changes to this Firefox account that I no longer use because the email that was hacked no longer exists. I wish to delete the account because of suspicious activity. Thank you for your assistance.

Followed the instructions in the article and cannot send email (SMTP error) "Login to server smtp.office365.com with username xxxxx#outlookcom failed"

Tried a new profile - no change Followed directions for using config editor and deleting two items - no change Could go back to original settings (turn off OATH2) but have to get it working by Sept so might as well slay the beast now.

Hello, I Signed into and began using a New Firefox ACCOUNT Yesterday.Today,I found that I had forgotten that I formerly had a Mozilla account which is apparently still ACTIVE from 10/14/2021. I'm confused as to WHY it's called MOZILLA... Is it called Firefox or Mozilla for this Browser... and I don't want two Accounts... so I need to eliminate one. My iMac is Auto inserting My Password and I'm not familiar yet with whatever Browser I have, to locate a way to see the Password it signed me in on... ? the one I created yesterday... or the one that was created in 2021... So.. please tell me what the Browser is called today... Firefox or Mozilla... or Mozilla Firefox... ??? and I'll begin AGAIN... OR CAN YOU FIX THIS FOR ME WITH JUST ONE ACCOUNT, and I'll create another Password. My email has NOT CHANGED for either account... ey47ey@yahoo.com Please advise me how to establish my Account ASAP so I can continue my work. I am trying to print a long webpage into a PDF format. When I open the Print preview window, I noticed that pages after the 255th page are all blank. I tried changing the destination but this seems to be a persistent issue. I tried the same procedure with Microsoft Edge and the entire page was able to be seen in the Print preview window.

Hello, My website www.bodymindwholeness.com will not loan on Mozilla browser for over 6 months now. My website loads just fine on all other browsers, just not Mozilla? I have tried to adjust every setting I can imagine with no luck. Why wont Mozilla allow my website to load and what can I do to fix the issue? Thank you Michael Hofrath

My son has a Hotmail account that he accesses (of course) in Thunderbird. Yesterday he received an email from Microsoft that seems to suggest that he will not be able to use Thunderbird to access this account after 9/16/24. Is this true?

I used to compose my mails in the Montserrat font because my website is also in that font. Now I notice that the font is no longer available in Thunderbird.

Is there any possibility to import a font in Thunderbird?

I am getting like 10 crashed tabs per day. I have been using firefox for years and about to dump it... I have brave, chrome and others on my computer and getting ready to dump FF. You need to figure this crap out. If its broke, I dont need it.

When I receive junk email, Thunderbird shows mail received (for example 10 emails) there are ...again for example 3 in my inbox and the other 7 are nowhere to be found. Not in junk and not in trash. I am concerned that there might be some emails that are not junk that I am not able to get. I would like to be able to review the junk folder prior to deletion. What setting options do I need to change to make this happen? I am using pop email... Thanks!!

I choose wrong setting, and my all of my message last 1 years have been gone Could i get my messages back? and where I can found the back up?

I opened Tbird to see what version the new Ubu 24.04 installed (115.12.0, which I discovered wouldn't be published, so I downloaded v.r.2. In this set of FF (127.0.1) pages now, the mouse wheel will not scroll. It works everywhere else in my installation (24.04).

Ideas?

FF settings have "smooth scrolling" checked; unchecked it did nothing to improve. mouse is a ~recent Logitech (M317c) which as noted, works in all other apps.

Right now I'm using 3 different email accounts on Thunderbird. All 3 of them are Office365 accounts. For some reason, 1 of the 3 accounts is prompted at least once a day, sometimes twice a day, to enter my password on the Office365 website popup that is used with the OAuth2 authentication process. It's very irritating, all 3 accounts are Microsoft Office business accounts. What would be the reason why it needs to authenticate daily? Is there no password manager to do this automatically once it's been entered once? Can I pick a different authentication method? What is the correct change to make so I don't have to keep typing in my password every day?

I have over 35 email accounts, which I use Thunderbird to collect. Love Thunderbird for well over 2 decades!

I am wanting to have 2 of my email addresses to be downloaded before all the others. I have indeed successfully "moved" these 2 accounts to the top of my account list (Shift and mouse). However they are not downloaded in the order of the account list.

How do I accomplish this? Is it possible?

I created a ticket, and it auto-responded to run this by the Volunteer Community. I really want this to be handled by support, but welcome anyone to give me a solid answer.

We had a storm and now email doesn't work. We are a business and have to have email. I've went in and changed the Mozilla password and when go back to email it won't accept it. Emails aren't coming through. Can't sign in. What do I do?
