While accessing my yahoo Mail account on the firefox browser for any length of time the Yahoo mail Will breakdown and completely lose all functions. While accessing my Wall Street Journal account on the firefox browser, I note that commentary on many articles is blocked. That is, the commentary section of the article shows no comments posted. However, when I switch to the Safari browser, the same article Will show multiple comments posted.

Youtube won't work anymore. I've been watching youtube for years and now on Firefox and now it won't work anymore. For months now it keeps saying "Gah. Your tab just crashed". I've tried many things to fix but nothing works. Really annoying. Is it time for me to stop using firefox?

I use Firefox on my Mac and windows. Recently downloaded Firefox for the first time on ipad. Worked well for the sites that I opened for 15 minutes. Opened at max 4 tabs. Then I was crossing out the opened tabs, it crashed when the last open tab was closed. Tried again, and same thing. Since this is my behavior for every session, this could not continue, and I had to uninstall it from the iPad.

Version 17.5.1 iPad pro M1, 12.9 inch, 5th Gen

I'm using Firefox for ios to access all social media rather than using their apps. Since FB changed the messanger to end to end encryption, I can't communicate with any of my friends using Firefox, can you please let me know why and how to fix it, everything was working fine until the above change took place.

After entering a potential URL or just something you want to search within the default search you see the search suggestions.

However, every single time I try to scroll on my search suggestions, it suddenly hides the URL entering interface which includes all of the suggestions making it impossible to scroll through suggestions.

This seems to be related to an intended automatic keyboard hiding behavior, but instead the entire interface goes away and you’re left with the previous webpage you were on.

Every time I open a PDF file with the Firefox app, and want to search for a word, it says 0/0, even if that word is actually in the document, and Safari and Google Drive can actually find it. I use iPhone 13 with ios 17.4.1. I have also tried it with English and non-English characters.

I keep getting the red padlock but when I tap on it it says my connection is secure and when I tap on that it shows that I’m connected to HTTPS. What’s causing this? Is my connection exposed? When i shutdown and reopen the app the red padlock goes away but I'm confused as it says 'connection is secure' either way.

Mozilla has been having issues loading USPS.gov site, tracking packages and informed delivery pages since last week. Switch to Safari and no issue.

Hi, all of my passwords and usernames have been deleted. When I go to the passwords section of my account all that is listed is the web addresses. The usernames and passwords are blank! HELP!

When I opened my Firefox browser my browsing history suddenly vanished. I noticed this when I saw that my recent activity was empty in my new tab I just opened. My bookmarks and tabs is still here. This glitch has happened twice now! Why does this glitch keep happening and Is there anyway I can get my browsing history back?

Hi @all, Such quite a while, Firefox almost constantly crashing when closing a or better the last open tab. Tried a support hint and deleted cache and everything and after that it worked for a few days and then it coming up again. When it happens, and I restart FF and try a logged in page directly, I.e. Facebook, FF doesn’t recognize my signin. Closing the tab, waiting a moment, restart the page again and everything is fine. Really don’t know when this behavior begun, but it is really annoying. I face this problem on 2 different iPad Pro. The newer one from last year with an M2 processor and an older one with an Axx don’t know which one exactly. What’s the matter with that? Twitter (X) keeps saying, "Error Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." on Firefox 123.0.1, but can log in on my iPhone/Safari just fine... any ideas?
