Since installing NordVPN I am unable to login. FireFox will not accept my password. However, it works on my android phone. I have installed the NordPass extension but the problem persists. How do I fix this issue. I want Bitwarden to manage my passwords.

Hello, I am working on a web app where quite sizable around 45 mb webassembly module is used. The wasm file it self is cached by the browser but it is compiled to the device on every page refresh and it takes some time. I would like to cache this compiled module, but didn't find any information how this could be done except some 5 years old information about using indexed db and then information about removing that possibility.

How one could cache compiled web assembly module?

I seem unable to do this, but I should easily be able to, but despite numerous attempts, I can't figure out how. I've finally given up, hence this plea for help.

I'll not divulge my opinions of this FireFox add-on.

Preferences in user.js are added permanently to prefs.js and persist even after user.js is deleted. What if you want to specify preferences in a file, just like with user.js, but you don't want them to be made permanent? In other words, so that when the file is deleted, the prefs will be forgotten. Is there any way to do this?

Suddenly, yesterday when I opened my Microsft Outlook app, all is see is HUGE letters filing my entire desktop computer screen. As you can see in photo below, there is no way I can rea email this way. Same today. When I try another browser (Edge) the Outlook screen opens just fine, so it looks like a problem with Firefox.

I don't want to have to use Edge as a browser - I like Firefox!

I don't know how to fix this in Firefox. I don't rememebr making any changes to the programme - but I do undertake regular updates.

I searched Microsoft forum and opened the first link (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us). On Firefox, Go back one page (back arrow) button was not working on this website.

I downloaded a dark-theme extension but it just wasn't working out (I couldn't read anything on the screen as the black writing turned invisible against the black background. I turned the extension off and deleted it, but even if I open a new window, the dark screen is still there. How do I get rid of it??

I play diggy's adventure when I select full screen the game stays the same size but at the top of the screen the bottom half is black, I tried on a different browser and it works ok.

I make frequent use of the Windows system-level keyboard shortcut Windows Logo button + M to go directly to the Windows desktop. Firefox does not respond to this keyboard shortcut by minimizing. How can I fix this? I already tried refreshing Firefox. This is a big enough issue to get me to abandon the browser, since I depend on keyboard shortcuts.

youtube audio library is not working in this mozilla firefox. When I play an aduio from youtube audio library , they show me a message which is (Audio track is unavailable). Other audio and YouTube video is woking perfectly. Please solve this issues.

Two computers. Both computers name version of Firefox and same version Of Windows 10. On computer 1 drag and drop no longer works. I can click star next url and manually to bookmark toolbar. I also cannot reorder on tool bar by dragging and dropping by selecting.

How do I know I'm doing it correctly? On computer 2 it works exactly as should. Click on padlock and drop or click on entry and toolbar and reorder. Same extensions etc and do not have a bookmark extension though have tab session manager. Same version both computers. Only difference in browser is number of tabs open. x 10 difference in number of tabs open computer 1 versus 2.

If I put firefox in troubleshoot mode with extensions etc off or create a brand new profile and try same problem.

Windows 10 64bit pc. After factory reset and reinstall of Firefox, 2 extensions are enabled but the menu bar won't allow them. These worked OK before the reset.

Troubleshooting within Firefox won't work because it disables the extensions.

The messages from Extensions say "Can't read and change data on this site" The extensions are enabled (turned on).

The 2 extensions are Malwarebytes Browser Guard and Video DownloadHelper I am using DuckDuckGo as my browser. I tried switching to Google, but same problem.

The Add-ons Manager tab is automatically presented as one of the tabs when I start Mozilla. How do I configure Mozilla so that the Add-ons Manager tab is not presented?

Not for the first time but the 3rd in the past few months I was closing a tab in Firefox and my PC immediately reset. No warning, just straight to blank screen as soon as I closed a tab (I had 4 open). Next thing I knew it was going through re-boot. No crash report in Firefox.

This last time I had Facebook open, I had a video in Facebook popped-out, it had finished playing and I went to close the FB tab.

Ccleaner gives message of "Firefox needs to be closed. i though it was Ccleaner that was the problem. it's not Ccleaner's problem... I get the same message when I run advanced system care... when I click 'close for me' it just skips it over and over. i then run it after starting PC and it still tells me FF is running. the 1st time it lasted for weeks(summer-ish of 2023) and seemed to fix itself. and it also wasn't fixed with 1 or 2 FF updates because i was waiting to see after updates that it would be fixed but wasn't. And I can't find Firefox running in Windows or advanced system care task manager. which means i cant close it manually. so I'm pretty sure it's a Firefox system problem... somehow FF is still running hidden in the background. i run malware fighter and anti virus to see if something is using it but comes up empty.

Prior to updating to Windows 11 I was able to specify the bookmark folder that I wanted to save the bookmark in when I pressed "Bookmark Current Tab" or "Ctrl-D". Now it automatically saves the bookmark in the "Other Bookmarks" folder instead of allowing me to save it in my desired folder? I then have to find the saved bookmark and manually move it to the desired folder. Is there a fix for this or is this a permanent feature change? Thanks for your help.

I have set Firefox as my default browser. I can open it using a shortcut on my desktop. However, if I follow a link from an email, it does not open in Firefox. How come?

For the past two days, I am unable to log on to my iCloud account through a Firefox Browser. I've tried to do so on two different computers which have accessed iCloud through Firefox many, many times. However, I have no problem logging on to my iCloud account using an Edge Browser.

When I try to log on to my iCloud account using Firefox after entering my user name and password, I receive the two factor authentication from iCloud on my iPhone. However at this point, iCloud immediately gives me an error message (screen shot attached), and I am unable to enter the authentication code. I can only return to the log on page.

Since this problem occurs using Firefox on two different computers, but I have no problem accessing iCloud using a different browser, I have to assume this is a Firefox issue, but I do not see that this is a systemic problem. Any suggestions? I hate using Edge for anything, but I am on iCloud.com a lot, so this is inconvenient.
