File download hangs every-time, sometimes at the start or at the middle of the file download resulting an incomplete download every-time.

Tried - places.sqlite to places.sqlite.old ( Source- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-or-remove-add-ons)

Tried - Locate the browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone preference and double click it to change the value to false. ( Source - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-hangs-or-not-responding#w_disable-virus-scan-in-firefox-preferences)

Tried - Browse For Folder window, choose a new folder location. ( Source https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-hangs-or-not-responding#w_choose-a-different-download-folder)

Tried - Disabled my AVG Internet security 2013 before download but no result.

Still now no solution problem remain the same

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

Does this happen with all files or only with specific file extensions?
