I get the following message when I try to log in to my Kaiser.com account. "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I can get to the Kaiser web site but I get this message when I click on "sign in". I don't have a problem accessing and signing in using Safari or Chrome. I can't figure out how to disable or turn off cookies for the Kaiser.com website. And I've never had to do that before today.

When I’m on a website and I want to pay for something via PayPal it switches onto a new tab that’s blank. It won’t go to the PayPal website. Any thoughts please? Jeff

If i open a link to redirect to an app, let’s say wikipedia, it will redirect fine. When i switch back to Firefox, the mobile version of the link i clicked on will be loaded instead of just displaying search engine search results where i clicked the wikipedia link. (Admin note: edited to fix formatting issue)

Another thing that happens is if i click on the link, still being wikipedia, get redirected to the app, then close out firefox, the next time i open firefox, it will redirect me back to the wikipedia app.

This issue I have been having is not just related to Wikipedia, this is for any other link that may open a related app I have installed on my phone.

iOS 17.5 iPhone 14 Pro

Firefox for iOS no longer will open when I click from my mail or the QR scanner. This is a recent development. To be precise, Firefox opens, but nothing else happens! Any suggestions? Thanks.

  For couple weeks , following any external link/reference, such as all 'unsubscribe' links from Apple Mail messages, Firefox opens but homepage rather than to the link/url argument (and url field shows blank, not display the extrrnal link's url address in url input box.
  Support history shows an identical problem in Ff ~117 reported (Aug '23, I think)   (if the condition of Firefox not currently running is same, which I haven't yet been able to determine) and apparently resolved then ( 2 replies, but thread is not visible because FF Support has it recorded as "Archived").

I am trying to make a purchase on the 5% nutrition website. The browser will not allow me to change flavors from the drop down menu. When I select from the drop down the page reloads to the default. The website works on other browsers. I am running version 116.0.2. Thanks, Jesse

Last few days I am unable to see my Xfinity / Comcast & google emails via Firefox - but I can see them via Safari. Addresses are : [edited] @comcast.net, [edited] @gmail.com. Have been able to get them via Firefox for a long time prior. Also, lately firefox will stop my search until I click the FF icon where a wheel is turning and once I click it, it changes to a check mark and then I can proceed. Can you help please? Thank you.

Could you please help me, I'm having trouble logging into some of my accounts, I can't access verification codes or the correct passwords for apps like Amazon.co.uk also I keep having to log onto Firefox browser as it does not allow me to stay lodged in does it need to be updated or is there something else I should be doing. My case is simple but I have no ideia the WHY is happening. I use google as a search engine but after a few days, it changes automatically to Yahoo (wich i dont like) and i have to go to preferences and change it back to google. This has been repeating for a few months and I'm a bit fed up of it, so, is there any way to keep google permamently?

Also it is curious that if I restore the default seach engines, it does not appear yahoo, and even if i delete all, and only keep google, keeps on happening again.

I'm an apple user and I also have Firefox since forever on the Iphone and Ipad too and no problem with this ones.
