Hello,

A couple of months ago I discovered that I no longer have the ability to edit, delete, or dismiss a shortcut from the home page of my desktop. I did read that the 3 dots will appear if I hover over a shortcut. I tried that several times on different shortcuts but the 3 dots never appeared. Is there another way to edit, delete, or dismiss a shortcut? Or even better is there a way to restore the 3 dots?

I cleared my cookies, cache, history and data like I was told to when I connected a new router so all of my shortcuts have changed. A few that are there now I don't want and I do want to add several new ones.

Video in Firefox does not run .. no error messages .. nothing. It works fine in other browsers. When I click on the video .. nothing happens. It used to work but not now and I don't think I've changed anything.

I was able to open all attachment that came with my Yahoo mail. Since this morning I can not open any attachments-word, excel or PDF What happened? How do I go back to be able to open all attachments

I used to be able to open a new tab and have it open to my standard home page. Now the only options are blank or the firefox page for a new tab. WHY??? I want to see my home page when I open a new tab.

After the tab crashes there appears a box from Firefox that says it will report the tab crash and then at the bottom of the info box there is the option of reconnecting or reestablishing the connection with the tab that had just crashed but nothing seems to be happening. I am not getting an indication that the issue is being looked at and I am 99% positive that no one from Firefox has been in touch with me about a permanent fix for this issue which is becoming more annoying all the time. I cannot get the print button to work in my emails. I used to be able to close Firefox and re-open and then it would work, but today that did not work. I shut down my computer completely and still it does not work. I am attaching a snip of the screen showing the print button.

When I open Firefox these days, the window is so big that the toolbar is barely visible. I have to put the cursor in just the right little spot to pull the window down and resize it. It is NOT full screen or maximized, it just opens a huge window that's too far up on the screen. I just want to resize the default window that it opens with.

Hello, it seems that cycling through tabs in most recently used order is not working for me. I am running version 126.0.1 on Windows and I have the "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" option enabled on my settings page. I have only noticed this issue in the past week or so, and so I am wondering if this feature is broken in the most recent release and if there is anything I can do to get the feature to work again until the bug is fixed in a future version.

I cannot access grocery coupons from Ralphs Market. When I try, I receive the message: Secure Connection Failed

When I click on certain name on my friends list to do a video call when I click the camera on the message page, it says: Can not do video calls from this browser. So do some do not. I disabled all addons and still it says the same error. Is it because of Facebook encryptions? I also could before. So what now?

YouTube's search filters are missing when I use Firefox, but they work when I use Chrome. Is anyone else having a similar problem? (The images show the working Chrome site.)

I cannot open the uwyo.edu website on my Firefox browser. I have no problems with other browsers. I tried and checked the solutions people shared, but none of them worked for me. I checked the DNS and different networks, and I also checked the link below:

Every time I sign into something using Firefox the recaptcha does not allow me to continue. If I switch to Google Chrome it works. Please help me to be able to use Firefox.

On my Macbook (macOS Sonoma 14.5), Firefox blocks populating parts of some websites whereas other browsers don't. For example, on my J. Crew Factory website account, when I click on "Order History," I get a blank page. Other browsers (Safari, Brave) correctly populate the info on my Order History. Why does Firefox block it?
