Windows corrupted my user profile so I lost everything... how do I get my bookmarks from Firefox iOS to my desktop PC?

When I sign into my desktop Firefox it has nothing - I am worried if I sync my iOS firefox it will delete all my bookmarks?

How do I remove ALL google-sponsored shortcuts on my Firefox iPad home page? When I click on a Google-sponsored shortcut and then click on Remove, it removes only that one but then replaces it with another one. How do I get rid of ALL Google shortcuts?

I have the Firefox app on my iPhone. When I click it to open the app, the first thing I see is the Firefox logo on the top left. Below that are eight icons (webpages), seven of which I have pinned. Below that are my "Jump Back In" options. How do I add a "pin" to a webpage I go to all the time?

Is there a way to export passwords on the Firefox iOS mobile app? I know how to do it on my desktop/Windows device, but not on my iPhone (iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.5.1). Please help!

I deleted and reinstalled firefox mobile ios, but multiple incorrect addresses are still there. I cannot delete or modify them.

There are no saved addresses on my firefox account that I am able to view from my desktop. The addresses appearing on firefox mobile are incorrect, and not the addresses from my contacts.

How do I contact Mozilla customer support? The volunteers never actually answer questions completely. I need verified instructions from Mozilla employees. Why tech companies rely on volunteers with no company loyalty is amazing. I'm not having iPad issues, I'm having Mozilla support issues.

I just downloaded dozens of photos — long press, then “add to photos” — and they are nowhere to be found. I discovered too late that I hadn’t turned on permissions for Firefox to access photos. But not once did I get a warning about that. Are those photos actually saved somewhere, or Is there any way to recover them? Either way, why did I not get a warning that Firefox couldn’t access my photos?

I had to reset my first gen iPad Air and do not have Firefox. The app store requires IOS 13 to download. I have version 12.5.7. is there a way to get an older version to install on my iPad?

Question: is there a way to clear all website data except for certain ones? Like a white list.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro with ios 17.1.1. I have Moziilla Firefox for iOS 126.1.

I would like to clear all private data except for Cache and Cookies on certain websites that I frequently visit, so that I don’t have to log in each time and my data from that site won’t be lost.

Currently I have to go into Settings-Data Management-Website Data-and select each site separately to delete unwanted data. It will only allow me to delete 10 sites at a time. When I click on “show more” it reveals the whole list. However, when I click on one, the list disappears.

Is there any way to save data for certain sites and delete the rest?

How do I export bookmarks either on my iphone or my iPad? All the instructions seem to be for desktop. There is no ‘manage bookmarks’ at the bottom of the bookmark menu. Desktop is not an option.

Mozilla's Android app has extension support but Mozilla's iOS app doesn't, I don't know why, I don't want to use Android, the only feature I miss on Android is this Firefox feature.

For the last month or so, every time I try to open a link in an E-mail and sometimes other links, Firefox puts up your little yellow header banner to tell me you have "prevented a pop-up" - these are not pop-ups, but links ! This is stopping me opening links to Facebook, Nextdoor and any other links sent in E-mails. Links in Al Jazeera, CNN, and BBC on line work just so you know the full picture. This is partly annoying, but more seriously I am still working, (SE) and it is only a matter of time before I have something serious that I will not be able to deal with if I can not open the link to it. Also, and it may or may not be connected, some time ago, back end of 23, before I became aware of the above problem, I started to be unable to preview PDF's before sending them. I just get a blank page. Not great when you consider that most of my invoices are sent electronically, but at least even tho' I can't see them, to check, they are getting to my customers. The link problem is of course the more annoying/serious one and definitely to do with Firefox, by your own admission of the yellow header notification. HELP. Oh ! my E-mail is goblander@hotmail.com, because if you reply here, and I get sent an E-mail........I wont be able to use the link, will I !! See the problem !
