There’s right-click + “Forget about this site”, but that deletes the information for the entire second-level domain (say example.org). When in the process of moving things from *.example.org to *.example.com peu à peu, then I need to be able to individually forget say chat.example.org because it’s already moved to chat.example.com but retain all information for other *.example.org hosts.
